Symptoms of schizophrenia that will be featured in the film
● Hallucinations.
● Delusions.
● Disorganized speech.
● Disorganized or catatonic behavior.
● Negative symptoms (emotional flatness, apathy, lack of speech)
The following conditions have been known to trigger psychotic episodes in some people:
● schizophrenia – a mental health condition that causes hallucinations and delusions.
● bipolar disorder – a person with bipolar disorder can have episodes of low mood (depression) and highs or elated mood (mania)
● severe stress or anxiety.
It's not known what causes schizophrenia, but researchers believe that a combination of genetics, brain chemistry and environment contributes to development
of the disorder. ... While researchers aren't certain about the significance of these changes, they indicate that schizophrenia is a brain disease.

7) next few days, the friend has disappeared and never
returns, and the father is depressed and cannot see his
son (almost invisible). Son regrets his decisions.

Stanley Kubrick, the director of ‘Clockwork
Orange’ who suffered from Obsessive
compulsive Disorder

after beelzebub (the Devil)- Lucky named after
Lucifer (the Devil)
6. Syd
Suffers from Schizophrenia because he experienced something traumatic when he was younger when
he lost his mother, who also suffered from schizophrenia. The loss of his toy triggers the hallucinations
of the friend.
Sud also suffers from athazagoraphobia, the fear of being ignored or forgotten, this is why he goes to
great lengths to get his dad back.
7. Johnny
He suffers from depression since his first wife died, however he has been closer to his son, this slowly
stops as stella is introduced into his life. After Stella's death, he drops into a critical depressive state.
8. Stella
She suffers from OCD, This is the reason why she takes away the toy because it was dirty and smelly.
This is also why she tries to avoid conversations with Syd (because one symptom Schizophrenia is
disorganized speech)
9. The friend
This character does not have a specific gender as he is a figment of Syds imagination, he is
introduced when Syd loses his friend, He starts off as a comforting character, then judgemental, then
exploitive, then murderous. He disappears after the death of stella because he has loses his stress.
This character slowly becomes more real, other people can distinctly hear his words and actions (the
devil coming to earth through Syd)
