Social Darwinism And Natural Selection
It is almost undeniable that the technologies cause rapid changes in human relationships, cultures,
and societies. While it enormously facilitates us in nearly every aspect of our life, such changes also
create consequences that we do not yet realize. Almost all of us know Darwinism and Natural
Selection in the biological field, but we often overlook the similar phenomena in the social aspect.
In fact, resemble to the way we adapt to our physical environment, we also adapt to our social
environment in order to survive and excel in our social relationships. Such adaption is called Social
Darwinism. Because technologies have significantly influenced our social environment, humans are
forced to adapt not only to technologies, but also to the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The reason behind such decision is that unless in urgent situations, other people expect them to text,
the technology that is more prevalent and requires less effort to respond than phone (Turkle 375).
Although "Tara and Leonora are discontent, but do not feel they have a choice. This is where
technology has brought them" (Turkle 375). From those examples, we can easily observe that
because the notions of using certain technology have already became parts of our general social
roles, people can no longer resist the influence of it regardless of our feeling.
In the meantime, we are also forced to mentally adapt popularity and efficiency, the core values of
modern technologies. In analogy, humans evolve (in the bigger and smaller scale) not only because
of our side environment, but also the pressure under the notion that only the fittest among us can
survive. In the comparison between phone calls and texts, texts are not any more technologically
advanced than phone calls are. However, we in general still prefer texts, and intentionally or
unintentionally make others around us use them because of the efficiency behind them. Moreover,
when the popularity of texts is accumulated, such preference becomes further irreversible. Back to
the context of expectations and social roles, we enjoy popularity as the outcome of pluralism, the
conformity of social roles and expectation. In

Character Analysis Of Moana
Imagine your own father prevents you from you pursuing your dreams even though you know you
can succeed. We grow to trust the ones that care for us and trust them to do what is the best for us.
The Disney movie Moana shows the importance of people you trust and reaching your goals with
companionship. She wants her family, people and Maui to trust her because she wants to be able to
follow her dreams and explore the ocean. The ocean evolves Moana into an adventurous and
ambitious person due to the events she faced with Maui. Even though the ocean was calling her in
her friends and family would not let her go, the water continued to call her and she continued to
listen even though she was told not to. In the film Moana the storytellers use ... Show more content

In the middle of the film the death of Moanas grandmother triggers her to go on a journey to restore
the heart of Motunui. This can be represented by the archetype plot journey because now Moana has
to return the heart she was gifted as a child. On her deathbed she gives Moana the heart for her to
find Maui and return it back to Motunui. Her mother then finds her packing and getting ready to
leave, then then helps her on her way. In the film Moana the grandmother sends Moana out to sea to
find Maui and return the heart. When leaving her mother finds out and helps her, the was a very
emotional moment for the both of them. This shows that Moana is a very caring person, because
after her grandmother's death she is heartbroken when she passes. After she finds the boat of her
ancestors she is convinced that they were voyagers, these boats brought her adventurous side back to
life. After hearing this news her father is furious and threatens to burn the boats, but something life

Comparing Venus And Ovid's Metamorphosis
Titan's inspiration of Adonis and Venus originated in the story of Ovid's "Metamorphosis". Overall,
it's a love story between Goddess Venus and Adonis. The artwork display movement as Venus
attempts to stop Adonis from meeting his fate before he died hunting a boar while his dogs eagerly
wait. His interpretation took reference from Greek mythology and other mythical stories during the
renaissance. Nearly 100 years later, Rueben was inspired by Titan's original theme. Based on his
composition and the position of the lovers are strikingly similar. Despite the similarity, the different

Titan also treated landscape to be mountainous, which reached towards the top of the figures head.
In the meantime Rueben went for flat plains to occupy the backgrounds. Both artists were successful
in equalizing the composition and manipulation in the negative space. Yet Venus's body had her
back turned away from the viewers in Rueben while Titan cause Venus 's body to face the opposite
way. , Rueben influence of style goes towards baroque with softer tones on the skin along with the
softness of the textures including the hunting dog's fur and trees. Titan's influence clings from
mannerism due to the elongated bodies with little focus of the background using dull colors. Titan

Patient Reflection Paper
I was seated at the table with Dr. S awaiting patients at the weekly clinic for the homeless as our
first patient arrived. Michael, a 48–year–old African American man wearing old jeans, multiple
sweatshirts, boots, and gloves with holes sat down in front of me and stated: "I am here for my
blood pressure check and I am having some back pain." I took a brief history of his back pain and
learned that he had been doing odd jobs which required heavy lifting to make some money for his
heart failure medication. He informed me that Dr. S was the one who diagnosed his heart failure and
thanks to him he is alive, which is why he comes every week to get his blood pressure checked. Dr.
S gave him access to the resources he needed to get his hypertension under control and prevent
further damage to his heart and he was grateful, so now he does what he can to try to take better care
of himself. I took his blood pressure and Dr. S and I did a focused exam of his back, leading us to
believe he likely pulled a muscle. We provided him with acetaminophen and muscle rub and the
patient went on his way.
The following week, Michael returned for his weekly blood pressure check. I asked him how his
back felt and it was as though I performed some miracle. He got very excited as he replied: "My
back is a lot better. That medicine you gave me really helped. I am surprised that you even

Medical Discrimlect And Medical Neglect
On October 26th, 2017, the social worker was called to Smith Elementary with concerns of possible
medical neglect based on the information that was received from the source. The child of concern is
an eight–year–old male who is currently enrolled in the third grade. The eight–year–old student has
made numerous trips to the nurse's office this week with the complaint that his foot hurt. Under
close evaluation, the nurse determined that he had a large wood splinter at the bottom of his foot.
The eight–year–old student's mother`s been contacted on numerous occasions about her son's
condition and has yet to see a medical professional. There has been no medical attention thus far and
the wound has become infected and is oozing with pus. The social worker decided to contact
authorities in order to start the process of removing the child from his current home and getting him
the appropriate medical attention as soon as possible. The social worker contacted her supervisor
immediately to update any new information that has not been discussed about the eight–year–old
boy and the concerns that were addressed. The social worker will research to see if the child has any
type of medical insurance and will meet the authorities and the eight–year–old male at the hospital
to continue the process of removal and the medical evaluation. In the meantime, the social worker
and her supervisor are collaborating to contact the eight–year–old male's mother to gain any further

King Galahor Get His Name Analysis
The year was 1275 of the Third Age when the dark sorcerer Mondain and his students slew Emperor
Vaserd Atridius and his entire line of heirs; leaving the northern empire of Budalia in shambles.
Seven warriors from each of the seven provinces of the old empire banded together and destroyed
Mondain and his vile legion. The seven warriors then divided his magic rod into seven parts, to be
distributed among them evenly so that no one person may ever claim them and cause disparity to the
world ever again. The descendents of these seven would be known as the kings of what were once
the provinces of Budalia, now separate nations who unite under a sacred pact forged by their
forefathers. And so it is written that the Pact of the Seven shall unite ... Show more content on

Clerics and healers from all over Sosaria and the neighboring isles have come to see him, but magic
can only do so much for what ails him. His eldest heir, whom he groomed from birth to take his
place, obviously lays dead. His second eldest who marched to fight alongside his countrymen in
Nostora, Lanner, has recently been presumed missing when his encampment was raided in the night
over two months ago. This leaves poor, mild–mannered Travan, the youngest of Trytas's sons. The
boy has shown little to no interest in something his older brothers so desperately competed over,
preferring to spend his days reading about magic and dead gods, hardly the typical fair for a
Belawain.
Despite this, my liege would rather that his own line takes the throne in the event of his death than
his younger brother Jorvan. Though I have met the man a number of times myself, he does not strike
me as being of the same ilk as his brother. Trytas is atypical for a king, preferring to visit with his
subjects when he can and strengthening the resolve of his people. Jorvan, on the other hand, is a
foppish git who runs a backwoods town and thinks himself to be the proper heir to an entire bloody
kingdom. In truth, these traits would make for an excellent successor to any king, but not for the

The Social Value Of Modeling
Daniel Pinto Mr. Gagnon English Composition 1 Theorizing the social value of modeling Genuine
role models are the individuals who have the qualities that we might want to have and the
individuals who have influenced us in a way that improves our longing to be finer human beings. To
advocate for ourselves and our objectives and take control over the issues that we have confidence
in. We frequently don 't perceive our real leaders until we have seen our very own development and
advancement. My experience happened about 5 years ago. I was having a 13th birthday party with a
few friends and there was a water slide. My cousin was also there, who is a year younger than me.
He has Asperger 's,, which is a type of autism spectrum disorder that affects social skills. After
awhile, he just sat at the end of the slide, and did not want to move so we asked him nicely but he
refused. So one of my friends ended up calling him gay, not knowing he had a problem. I should
have told my friends about his situation before we started hanging out on the slide. In any case, my
friend should not have said that and it did not make any sense anyways. I told him not to say that
immediately after he did, and he ended up writing an apology letter to my cousin. Role models are
highly important for us psychologically, helping to guide us through life during our development, to
make important decisions that affect the outcome of our lives, and to help us find happiness in later
life. In that capacity

What A Difference A Week Makes Lake Air Montessori
Week #7, what a difference a week makes. Lake Air Montessori is definitely a different world from
the traditional classroom I had been in the prior six weeks. Upon entering the room I introduced
myself to the aide, Mrs. Rodriguez. While we waited on Mrs. Cannon to join us, she asked the
children to make their behavior choice for the day and she added their clip to their choice. After
Mrs. Cannon came to the room, she introduced herself and then introduced me to the classroom.
Another Mrs. Rodriguez, so we had to decide what the students were to call us on Tuesdays. We
decided that on Tuesdays, we would call the other Rodriguez, Ms. Epie. Now, she turned on the CD
player and we did a few warm–up songs and the days of the week and months of the year. Next, she
called a meeting with the students because she had been gone to a workshop the day before. She
started off by telling them she was pleased with the way they had acted while she was out. However,
it quickly turned into how disappointed she was in the fact that several students had not turned in
their projects, and many of the ones that had turned in the project did not do them according to
directions. She then proceeded to tell them that when they get older and had jobs they would get
fired for not completing projects. I was taken back by her demeanor because these children are 3, 4,
and 5 years old. WOW! Talk about holding kids to high expectations. Once she was done with her
rant, she grabbed a bag of

Personal Narrative : A Journey Of A New Journey
A New Journey
Envision leaving home, the place you were conceived, just to move to another nation looking for a
superior life, saying farewell to everybody you at any point knew, maybe until the end of time. It
may be a 12–year old's most exceedingly bad dream. I gazed at the huge, calm bleak moon that
night as my folks were stacking our sacks in the storage compartment of the auto. The crash of the
entryway shutting influenced my heart to drop. At the point when the driver began the auto, chills
kept running down my back and it at long last occurred to me that we were leaving for good. "This
is it" my sister said with a questionable look all over. I gradually thought back through the window,
at my grandma remaining close to the entryway as though she lost all that she at any point had in her
life, tears running down her face as she waved farewell. I glanced back at the huge house I
experienced childhood in, where I made my first strides, where I figured out how to ride a bike,
where my grandma showed me the most important lessons that I will always love. Her body
appeared to be so fragile and frail. I cried on my sister's shoulder while she attempted to console me.
The possibility of allowing my grandma to sit unbothered, without anyone else's input in that
enormous desolate house essentially terrified me. I started to feel remorseful for the circumstances I
had contentions with her and underestimating her since she was dependably there for us and
dependably did her best

The Economics Of Intellectual Property Protection
have been arranged in the course of the most recent 100 years. These settlements are regulated by a
specific office of the United Nations the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). They
normally require their signatories to take after national treatment in the insurance of IPRs

The economics of intellectual property protection
Why do governments stretch out lawful assurance to protected innovation? One can

In the particular instance of data and learning, if makers of scholarly works can 't ensure themselves
against impersonation and replicating, they don 't have a motivation to participate in imaginative or

and information.
Licenses and copyrights offer an answer around this situation, as they forestall free–riding on
scholarly resources by outsiders and accordingly make a motivating force to put resources into
innovative work (R&D) and related exercises. Since the products of innovative and inventive
exercises as new advances and new items push the efficiency boondocks of firms in an economy,
licenses and related instruments are frequently seen as essential strategy apparatuses to advance

In the meantime, IPRs in this first class are considered as just "second best" instruments of monetary

business sector power in the supply of the ensured great to the title holder, which represents an
expense to society in that organizations can charge costs above minor generation costs. In principle,
governments can alter the length and broadness of security, for example, to augment the net

We Must Keep Your Own Youth Essay
Loud cheers erupt from the back room of the restaurant as a group of laughing teenagers bond after
their final theatre performance. Older folks turn their heads as their crinkled eyes and lips turn
upward at the memories of their own youth. Restaurants are places filled with happy people often

Often times, though, these particularly large influxes of customers are the very reason my mood

A Study On Psychiatric Disorders And How Evidence Based...
This past week I have been on a slight emotional roller coaster led by stress due to homework
assignments and life. Not only do I have 3 research papers due less than a month and a presentation
along with a summary regarding my "student" client Ms. B, but my personal life (father) are adding
the cherry to the top of my "stress" ice cream sundae.
Although I was informed of the hard work that lies in an MA education, I am having a hard time
allocating my time towards my studies. Working hard is the obvious and I know it pays off,
especially after graduating from an accelerated undergrad program with high honors earlier this
year. I truly do have a passion to learn about psychiatric disorders and how evidence–based methods
are used to treat these disorders. I actually do get excited when I get my learning on; however, it's
me getting motivated to do it. Then my biggest cognitive distortion of "polarized thinking" kicks in,
which does not help me either; more so, because if I do not do my superb best work, I feel it is not
even worth submitting my assignments. When I started the program, I desired to seek a therapist to
help me grow within the counseling field, but now I really do need to make it a reality. As what I
learned so far about CBT, it could help me re–train my thought process about my self–worth about
excelling and failing. In the meantime, I need to take it at face value and discipline myself to get it

Persuasive Speech On Hope For Hope

cause for hope. Only a few hours ago, I received word that a small group of people survived in New

I – Now president – Becker kept this promise. The army has sent down a few hundred helicopters to

immediately be flown down to Texas to be treated in one of our 365 hospitals to double check that
everyone is safe and healthy. While in the hospitals the police will be taking names to help find
family and our friends who survived while trying to find out who might not have. I will continue to

specializing in patient rights James C Pyles complained that an individual has "greater privacy rights
regarding the size of a shirt you purchased online than you do about information in your mental
health records under the Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights, issued by the White House in February
2012" Pyles consequently is pushing a forthcoming Health Information Privacy Bill of Rights that
will provide patients the same degree of rights as those offered by the Consumer Privacy Bill of

American Psychoanalytic Association, is an important addition to the healthcare institution and
spherically needed right now when implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Health
Information Exchanges (HIEs) makes privacy of patient is more important than ever before.

Personal Narrative: Matt Arena
Matt Arena was lying under a tree near the Blue Hills in Boston on a sunny afternoon. This might be
his last chance to enjoy the tranquility of this place. Soon, this mountain range and park will be
transformed into a chain of business offices overran by politicians. This was also his last day of
Summer and seventh grade. Most other kids would have spent this last day finishing their packets or
playing video games, but he finished his packet the first week into Summer and he would rather
spend his time enjoying nature than playing video games on the last of Summer. On the mountains,
under the trees, he could see the entirety of the city. He was thinking about Boston. Boston is known

Matt will be performing today and he is nervous. He was given his whole morning off to prepare at
the auditorium. As it became the afternoon, guests, visitors, and classes came to the Auditorium. At
exactly 12:00 P.M, Matt started his presentation. At first he was nervous, but as he saw his mom, he
remembered their trips together and he remembered the Blue Hills. He began to speak
compassionately. He told the people about the government which mostly contained corrupt
politicians. Matt shared how the government tried to take away parks to create business offices ran
by politicians. He then shared his view on how everyone only wants money. In the end, everyone
clapped, but to his surprise, the mayor of Boston was there to listen to him. The mayor asked Matt
on what he thinks should be done. Confidently, Matt replied that they need a new branch of
government only dedicated to helping the community and checking the government. After much
thought, the mayor put this as a choice for the people to vote on. To the politicians surprise the 80%
of Boston agreed to this. This new branch of government was created and was called the People's
Bureau. The founder of this turned out to be Porcupine's dad, who was inspired by Matt's great
words. Matt and Porcupine became great friends

Media Reflective Essay
One of my clients (let's call her Alicia) has always delayed her responses to media inquires or
requests. In my line of work, we deal with monthly, weekly and even daily deadlines, so this type of
behaviour has clearly costed us many opportunities in getting exposures in the media. I used any
possible means to reach my clients, being extra proactive while making sure she responds before the
deadline. I suggested my superior to mention it to regional office as this situation affects our
business as their public relations consultant. If we don't get enough media exposures as targetted, we
may lose them as a client. Alicia has started to respond the inquries and requests almost promptly.
The use of casual communication mean such as Whatsapp for a friendlier reminder has been more
effective in getting her to work as fast as our pace.
During the month of Ramadan, one of our clients held a social activity by providing dinner box to
taxi drivers around the city to break their fasting. I have briefed our photographer to get the exact
poses we needed to produce photos for the press release. Turned out the event wasn't prepared
accordingly by the management staff and I trusted the photographer too much that I didn't supervise
directly, and resulted the photos were not press release quality. In the meantime, we needed to
distribute the press release as soon as possible as it was nearing the end of the holy month and
everyone has started to be busy with the holiday as well. Re–took

Creative Writing: The First Vietnam War
A moment from this novel that lingered in my mind is when Kropp said this, '"I've made up my

Gothic Elements In Flannery O Connor's Northanger Abbey
Regina Maria Roche born in 1764 and died in 1845 is considered to be a gothic novelist. She wrote

  • 3. Social Darwinism And Natural Selection It is almost undeniable that the technologies cause rapid changes in human relationships, cultures, and societies. While it enormously facilitates us in nearly every aspect of our life, such changes also create consequences that we do not yet realize. Almost all of us know Darwinism and Natural Selection in the biological field, but we often overlook the similar phenomena in the social aspect. In fact, resemble to the way we adapt to our physical environment, we also adapt to our social environment in order to survive and excel in our social relationships. Such adaption is called Social Darwinism. Because technologies have significantly influenced our social environment, humans are forced to adapt not only to technologies, but also to the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The reason behind such decision is that unless in urgent situations, other people expect them to text, the technology that is more prevalent and requires less effort to respond than phone (Turkle 375). Although "Tara and Leonora are discontent, but do not feel they have a choice. This is where technology has brought them" (Turkle 375). From those examples, we can easily observe that because the notions of using certain technology have already became parts of our general social roles, people can no longer resist the influence of it regardless of our feeling. In the meantime, we are also forced to mentally adapt popularity and efficiency, the core values of modern technologies. In analogy, humans evolve (in the bigger and smaller scale) not only because of our side environment, but also the pressure under the notion that only the fittest among us can survive. In the comparison between phone calls and texts, texts are not any more technologically advanced than phone calls are. However, we in general still prefer texts, and intentionally or unintentionally make others around us use them because of the efficiency behind them. Moreover, when the popularity of texts is accumulated, such preference becomes further irreversible. Back to the context of expectations and social roles, we enjoy popularity as the outcome of pluralism, the conformity of social roles and expectation. In ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

We grow to trust the ones that care for us and trust them to do what is the best for us. The Disney movie Moana shows the importance of people you trust and reaching your goals with companionship. She wants her family, people and Maui to trust her because she wants to be able to follow her dreams and explore the ocean. The ocean evolves Moana into an adventurous and ambitious person due to the events she faced with Maui. • 9. Patient Reflection Paper I was seated at the table with Dr. S awaiting patients at the weekly clinic for the homeless as our first patient arrived. Michael, a 48–year–old African American man wearing old jeans, multiple sweatshirts, boots, and gloves with holes sat down in front of me and stated: "I am here for my blood pressure check and I am having some back pain." I took a brief history of his back pain and learned that he had been doing odd jobs which required heavy lifting to make some money for his heart failure medication. He informed me that Dr. S was the one who diagnosed his heart failure and thanks to him he is alive, which is why he comes every week to get his blood pressure checked. Dr. S gave him access to the resources he needed to get his hypertension under control and prevent further damage to his heart and he was grateful, so now he does what he can to try to take better care of himself. I took his blood pressure and Dr. S and I did a focused exam of his back, leading us to believe he likely pulled a muscle. We provided him with acetaminophen and muscle rub and the patient went on his way. The following week, Michael returned for his weekly blood pressure check. I asked him how his back felt and it was as though I performed some miracle. He got very excited as he replied: "My back is a lot better. That medicine you gave me really helped. King Galahor Get His Name Analysis The year was 1275 of the Third Age when the dark sorcerer Mondain and his students slew Emperor Vaserd Atridius and his entire line of heirs; leaving the northern empire of Budalia in shambles. Seven warriors from each of the seven provinces of the old empire banded together and destroyed Mondain and his vile legion. The seven warriors then divided his magic rod into seven parts, to be distributed among them evenly so that no one person may ever claim them and cause disparity to the world ever again. The descendents of these seven would be known as the kings of what were once the provinces of Budalia, now separate nations who unite under a sacred pact forged by their forefathers. Clerics and healers from all over Sosaria and the neighboring isles have come to see him, but magic can only do so much for what ails him. His eldest heir, whom he groomed from birth to take his place, obviously lays dead. His second eldest who marched to fight alongside his countrymen in Nostora, Lanner, has recently been presumed missing when his encampment was raided in the night over two months ago. This leaves poor, mild–mannered Travan, the youngest of Trytas's sons. The boy has shown little to no interest in something his older brothers so desperately competed over, preferring to spend his days reading about magic and dead gods, hardly the typical fair for a Belawain. Despite this, my liege would rather that his own line takes the throne in the event of his death than his younger brother Jorvan. Though I have met the man a number of times myself, he does not strike me as being of the same ilk as his brother. Trytas is atypical for a king, preferring to visit with his subjects when he can and strengthening the resolve of his people. Jorvan, on the other hand, is a foppish git who runs a backwoods town and thinks himself to be the proper heir to an entire bloody kingdom. • 17. The Social Value Of Modeling Daniel Pinto Mr. Gagnon English Composition 1 Theorizing the social value of modeling Genuine role models are the individuals who have the qualities that we might want to have and the individuals who have influenced us in a way that improves our longing to be finer human beings. To advocate for ourselves and our objectives and take control over the issues that we have confidence in. We frequently don 't perceive our real leaders until we have seen our very own development and advancement. My experience happened about 5 years ago. I was having a 13th birthday party with a few friends and there was a water slide. My cousin was also there, who is a year younger than me. He has Asperger 's,, which is a type of autism spectrum disorder that affects social skills. After awhile, he just sat at the end of the slide, and did not want to move so we asked him nicely but he refused. So one of my friends ended up calling him gay, not knowing he had a problem. I should have told my friends about his situation before we started hanging out on the slide. In any case, my friend should not have said that and it did not make any sense anyways. I told him not to say that immediately after he did, and he ended up writing an apology letter to my cousin. Role models are highly important for us psychologically, helping to guide us through life during our development, to make important decisions that affect the outcome of our lives, and to help us find happiness in later life. Lake Air Montessori is definitely a different world from the traditional classroom I had been in the prior six weeks. Upon entering the room I introduced myself to the aide, Mrs. Rodriguez. While we waited on Mrs. Cannon to join us, she asked the children to make their behavior choice for the day and she added their clip to their choice. After Mrs. Cannon came to the room, she introduced herself and then introduced me to the classroom. Another Mrs. Rodriguez, so we had to decide what the students were to call us on Tuesdays. We decided that on Tuesdays, we would call the other Rodriguez, Ms. Epie. Now, she turned on the CD player and we did a few warm–up songs and the days of the week and months of the year. Next, she called a meeting with the students because she had been gone to a workshop the day before. She started off by telling them she was pleased with the way they had acted while she was out. However, it quickly turned into how disappointed she was in the fact that several students had not turned in their projects, and many of the ones that had turned in the project did not do them according to directions. She then proceeded to tell them that when they get older and had jobs they would get fired for not completing projects. I was taken back by her demeanor because these children are 3, 4, and 5 years old. WOW! Talk about holding kids to high expectations. Once she was done with her rant, she grabbed a bag of ... • 23. Personal Narrative : A Journey Of A New Journey A New Journey Envision leaving home, the place you were conceived, just to move to another nation looking for a superior life, saying farewell to everybody you at any point knew, maybe until the end of time. It may be a 12–year old's most exceedingly bad dream. I gazed at the huge, calm bleak moon that night as my folks were stacking our sacks in the storage compartment of the auto. The crash of the entryway shutting influenced my heart to drop. At the point when the driver began the auto, chills kept running down my back and it at long last occurred to me that we were leaving for good. "This is it" my sister said with a questionable look all over. I gradually thought back through the window, at my grandma remaining close to the entryway as though she lost all that she at any point had in her life, tears running down her face as she waved farewell. I glanced back at the huge house I experienced childhood in, where I made my first strides, where I figured out how to ride a bike, where my grandma showed me the most important lessons that I will always love. Her body appeared to be so fragile and frail. I cried on my sister's shoulder while she attempted to console me. The possibility of allowing my grandma to sit unbothered, without anyone else's input in that enormous desolate house essentially terrified me. I started to feel remorseful for the circumstances I had contentions with her and underestimating her since she was dependably there for us and dependably did her best ... Older folks turn their heads as their crinkled eyes and lips turn upward at the memories of their own youth. Restaurants are places filled with happy people often celebrating some sort of occasion. Maybe parents are taking their kids out to reward them for good grades or a wonderful band concert. It makes sense, then, that everyone would be in jubilant spirits. Often times, though, these particularly large influxes of customers are the very reason my mood falls. Not only do I have 3 research papers due less than a month and a presentation along with a summary regarding my "student" client Ms. B, but my personal life (father) are adding the cherry to the top of my "stress" ice cream sundae. Although I was informed of the hard work that lies in an MA education, I am having a hard time allocating my time towards my studies. Working hard is the obvious and I know it pays off, especially after graduating from an accelerated undergrad program with high honors earlier this year. I truly do have a passion to learn about psychiatric disorders and how evidence–based methods are used to treat these disorders. I actually do get excited when I get my learning on; however, it's me getting motivated to do it. Then my biggest cognitive distortion of "polarized thinking" kicks in, which does not help me either; more so, because if I do not do my superb best work, I feel it is not even worth submitting my assignments. When I started the program, I desired to seek a therapist to help me grow within the counseling field, but now I really do need to make it a reality. As what I learned so far about CBT, it could help me re–train my thought process about my self–worth about excelling and failing. In the meantime, I need to take it at face value and discipline myself to get it done, because I am all about "responsibility/accountability", as ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

On August of 2008 a life changing event happened to me that I would never forget. I was separated from my mom for about four days with just my aunt, her three kids and me. Only a few hours ago, I received word that a small group of people survived in New York City against all odds and in the face of tremendous adversity. I've ordered an immediate search–and–rescue mission to bring them home and to look for more survivors." I – Now president – Becker kept this promise. The army has sent down a few hundred helicopters to the north to search for anyone who survived the freezing in the north. Everybody found will immediately be flown down to Texas to be treated in one of our 365 hospitals to double check that everyone is safe and healthy. While in the hospitals the police will be taking names to help find family and our friends who survived while trying to find out who might not have. I will continue to be the president since our president's plane sadly crashed due to the weather. Our government will stay remotely the same however we have to move our 'white house' to a different location. The new location will be at the Symphony Towers in San–Diego Texas. We advise everyone to not panic and to please stay in your towns while the police try to track down everyone's family. If this does not work and I am caught again, I will leave traces of my being in that area for the police to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
