Three–dimensional geometric models are the base data for applications in computer graphics,
computer aided design, visualization, multimedia, and other related fields. This report will focus on
computerized modeling editing of discrete (digital) geometry, in particular polygonal meshes. In this
report, I will survey the state–of–the–art techniques for creating, manipulating, editing and
analyzing digital geometry models.
The mesh editing techniques we discussed here are : Poisson Shape Interpolation[1], Mesh Editing
with Poisson–Based Gradient Field Manipulation[2], Mesh Editing based on Discrete Laplace and
Poisson Models[3], Mesh Editing with Curvature Flow Laplacian[4] and Mean Value coordinates
for Closed triangular meshes[5]. All the five techniques will be discussed in detail in section 2–6. In
section 7, we'll do a comprehensive comparison of these five techniques and conclude in section 8.

The goal of this paper is to bring Linear Algebra and Digital Signal Processing together for
efficiently solving the applied signal processing problems. Linear Algebra tool box is created to
visualize the signal by just clicking and dragging the concerned module. In MATLAB and other
platforms, tapping of the signals cannot be done and conventional code has to be written for solving
the problem. GNU Radio is a freeware software for processing signals through which tapping of
signal can be done .The module is created in GNU Radio with predefined template and the platform
used here is C++.Further, the code is glued to Python using swig. The blocks are created in order to
estimate energy, check orthogonality, compute unit normalization, find Euclidean norm of a signal

I am working as a trainee for The Hanover Design Company based in Westberry. They are a design
consultancy firm that has just started. The company was awarded a few contracts to design the
layout and marketing materials for 5 small organisations. As part of a team I have been asked to
design the layout and marketing materials for one of the small business.

Gene therapy was introduced in 1985 by SyTech and has been the main priority of the company ever
since due to its promising future in science. One of the first human gene therapy procedures
involved injecting the correct ADA gene to a four year old girl with the ADA deficiency. Due to the
success of the procedure, the patient is now living a healthy life. The success marked an important
landmark in human history, one that has the potential to change the future. What is gene therapy?
In short, gene therapy is a method in which DNA Is used to fix a genetic problem. These problems
can include missing or genes that don't work. The right genes are delivered to the cell via harmless
viruses for their provirus properties. The viruses then insert the good copy of the gene into the
patients DNA where the cells machinery reads the information like a manual and makes RNA
proteins so when it divides, ideally, the problem will be fixed. There are two types f gene therapy:
Germline (targets egg/sperm cells; stops disease in its tracks) and somatic (targets somatic cells;
after the disease is active).The methods for gene therapy that are being tested include:
Replacing the non working copy of a gene with a healthier one
Bringing new genes entirely for those that don't exist
Bring a new gene to fight/fix the disease.

Abstract
In this paper the submerged flow through radial gates with and without a gate sill was
experimentally investigated. The effect of different gate sill heights on contraction coefficient,
discharge coefficient, submerged jump length, backup water depth, flow energy dissipation, and
velocity distribution with different hydraulic parameters were analyzed and graphically presented. A
combination of dimensional and regression analysis tools was employed to develop reliable
formulas for estimating the studied parameters. This paper concluded the negative influence of sills
under submerged radial gates and justified the local scour phenomena occurred immediately
downstream the stilling basin of some existing submerged radial gates with a gate sill in Egypt.

1. Introduction
Radial (tainter) gates are among the most common features of water control structures in many
irrigation networks overall the world. They are employed to regulate both water level and flow
discharge in irrigation canals. Radial gates are preferred over vertical sluice gates for several
advantages. They require smaller hoisting force, have easier operation, produce lower flow
disturbance, and provide better discharge (Sehgal 1996). The flow through radial gates is classified

CE1.13 I used the Raster image option in Mapinfo for generating detailed topographical features
and calculating the geographical distances and areas. I developed a two stage process for the
creation of raster image. First, I initialized the vector coordinate values of the new location site
obtained from the GPS receiver from the database Mapinfo software. Second step was the

respect to distance. For the accuracy of these factors, I used unlicensed 2.4 and 5 GHz bands and I
noted the variations in the power as I moved along from the reference point; I noted and referred this

Having the ability to pitch and implement ideas is a real boost in self–confidence. Most of the
projects were fully completed, the only exception is inputting all the program cards, in a highly
effective manner. The placement help develops further career goals, and personal goals regarding
the field placement. Working with Yina is great since she is super knowledgeable and hardworking.
There are a few recommendations that could be implemented, such as having an office for the
