I’m a TL now in this project ; and worked in WCDMA MS project of VIVA almost 3 years,
I was responsibility for VIP single user and VIP route care, Four carriers strategy design and
optimization, Some feature (PCH/R8-FD/EFD/WB-AMR/Small packet solution/CE over
booking/Combine service optimization/UE state transition optimization )implement and monitor;
UMTS to LTE inter-operation strategy .Join in LTE training from Huawei training center .High
event guarantee which include network expansion plan / soft parameter optimization /feature
implementation .

I engage in WCDMA HSPA+ project of Lebanon more than one year , I was charged of
cluster OPT/KPI analyzer/customer complain/network parameter check/neighbor OPT/Dual
carrier strategy/2G&3G inter-operation/perform some feature (PUC/DRD/LDR etc).
Traced DT part progress and make a daily Plan /summary every day. I had a good experience
in HSPA+ project optimization .Resolve many trouble as below case : 3G HO to 2G failure /
network congestion/drop calls/Access failure/HO failure /interference.

I engage in WCDMA project of CHINA Unicom in Xinjiang as employee of DTA/KPI
analyzer / team leader, Xinjang provience so big that I worked in different city.at that time I’m a
team leader of WCDMA project Optimization . I’m very familiar with optimization flow , and
from technology side , I resolve so many network trouble as drop calls/Access failure/HO failure
etc.From management side , I can handle all project progress to follow up our target . and
communicate with customer and inner team .
Work skills
I’m good at using Excel/Word/test and statistics software (Huaweiand Ericsson)
/MapInfo/KPI statistics/GENEX Nastar(WCDMA&GSM/I-manager –PRS and Nastar)/Network
OMC Software (W-Nastar/M2000/RNC6810/NODEB).
Maintain I-Manager Nastar/PRS server and very familiar with its function.
Calling statistics analysis is one kind of method getting information from OMC. The
information include the configuration data, performance data, CHR data, RTWP data, and project
parameters. This method mainly analyze network KPI/find network top issue and find out the
reason then made the solution .the issue include drop calls/HO failure/Access failure/ 2/3G inter
operation in CS and PS field. I’m familiar with lay3 message which will help me to analysis particular
issue .
