inter-RAT).
− Network element rollout support – Single site verification (SSV), radio network design validation, parameter
audits, neighboring audit, test route design, physical installation audit, RSSI monitoring, antenna path

stability testing, latency testing, E2E QOS (DSCP & P-bit) verification and E2E MTU verification.
− Cluster optimization - antenna and parameter tuning to improve the network coverage and optimize thresholds
for mobility. Preparation and execution of parameter and neighbor update plans in OSS (Alcatel’s WPS &
WMS/SAM and Huawei’s LMT), post-process and analyze drive test results (Huawei’s GENEX assistant,
Actix, TEMS discovery, Alcatel’s eDAT, JDSU RAN Advisor and Gladiator).
− Interference monitoring and determination of interference location and type (internal or external to the network)
via the combinational analysis of network counters and indicators (geographically and graphically), frequency
sweep and drive tests.
− Network element hardware troubleshooting – MME traces, eNB, RNC log, NodeB log, IMT log collection and
analysis to identify failure causes towards improving network KPI’s.
