imaginary friends stellten bei der Ullstein Uni #uu2012 das Konzept des transmedialen Storytellings vor. Geschichten wurden schon immer nicht nur in Büchern erzählt. Viele Kulturtechniken haben bereits eine lange Tradition im Geschichtenerzählen - was können wir daraus fürs Büchermachen mitnehmen? Wie können wir Fans gewinnen? Wie erweitert man Geschichten über Bücher hinaus, warum ist das sinnvoll, wie spielerisch gehen Menschen heutzutage mit Geschichten um? Diese Fragen lagen den 90 Minuten zugrunde. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt lag auf Alternate Reality Games (ARGs) einer besonders anspruchsvollen Methode, die meist zu Marketingzwecken eingesetzt wird, deren Bestandteile jedoch auch in kleineren Experiences nutzbar sind.
