Questions part one o Why the task isn't assigned, but a person shows the commitment to work on it? o Why the user story describes the need of some person or group of people, instead of straightforward list of operations to gain the result? o Why a proper user story always has a part that describes how the end product will affect other people life's?

Part two o Why on most of SCRUM meetings, all team members should give status, feedback, take tasks themselves? o Why on planning meeting it is must, to have a PO - that can explain why we need to do this work and how it will change other people life's? o Why do we need to monitor our work progress in one way or another?

  1. There is a special place in hell for managers that call people resources.Work is not just work, it is actually people that matters and their motivations. We should always remember this.
  2. Ask people to fold piece of a4 two times and put person’s next to you name on it. Ask that we put those in front of each person.Work in pairs, each pair member in four minutes should have answers that should be presented to all of us, about a second person in duet, for following questions:Who he/se is and what does for livingWhy your partner is here today, expectations – in max five words
