Most doubly-fed induction generators in industry today are used to generate electrical power in large
(power-utility scale) wind turbines. This is primarily due to the many advantages doubly-fed induction
generators offer over other types of generators in applications where the mechanical power provided
by the prime mover driving the generator varies greatly. In variable-speed wind turbines, the rotation
speed of the wind turbine rotor is allowed to vary as the wind speed varies. The power electronics
devices used in doubly-fed induction generators, on the other hand, need only to process a fraction of
the generator output power i.e., the power that is supplied to or from the generator rotor windings,
which is typically about 30% of the generator rated power. Doubly Fed Induction Generator(DFIG)
have proved to me most suitable machine for wind energy generation.
On other hand, solar energy generation typically need a grid conditioning unit which contains Rectifier-
Inverter along with battery bank. Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based wind turbine and
solar PV can have various topologies proposed for hybrid system with independent[1] or
interconnected system with common DC bus[2,3].

This paper presents a model of a grid connected DFIG based Wind Turbine system for variable- speed where the speed range requirements are small, the overall system simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK and the results shows the behaviour of DFIG with this type of control system and the numerous advantages in terms of cost reduction and the potential to build economically at multi-megawatt power system, as a result, DFIG grid connected wind turbine is essential.

Energy crisis are of special attention now-a-days. In this project presents a new system configuration of the front-end rectifier stage for a hybrid Hydro/wind/photovoltaic energy system. This system allows the three sources to supply the load separately or simultaneously depending on the availability of the energy sources. In household power generation wind and solar are the general hybrid energy options, which are used. But the overhead water tank is one of the neglected energy generation sources which are available in normal household and commercial places. In today’s world each and every source of energy has to be utilized. Therefore we are trying to use the stored energy in overhead water tank for power generation. Solar and Wind energy will contribute major part of power generation. Generated power will be stored in the battery which sources power to inverter and inverter to load. It gives us multiple sources of energy and also helps us to recover some amount of energy which is stored in overhead water tank.

Microgrids are essential to the development of the present and future electricity networks, as they can provide many advantages to the expanding and complex power systems, such as better power quality, increased integration of clean and renewable energy sources, increased efficiency, and increased network stability and reliability., etc. It is basically a small power system which has distributed energy resources (like renewable energy etc.). This paper conducts a literature review on Optimization Algorithms of Microgrid. We provide a summary of the typical system structure, which consists of energy end users, energy distribution systems, energy storage systems, and energy generation systems. Finally, we identify areas for future microgrid research challenges.

Energy crisis are of special attention now-a-days. In this project presents a new system configuration of the front-end rectifier stage for a hybrid Hydro/wind/photovoltaic energy system. This system allows the three sources to supply the load separately or simultaneously depending on the availability of the energy sources. In household power generation wind and solar are the general hybrid energy options, which are used. But the overhead water tank is one of the neglected energy generation sources which are available in normal household and commercial places. In today’s world each and every source of energy has to be utilized. Therefore we are trying to use the stored energy in overhead water tank for power generation. Solar and Wind energy will contribute major part of power generation. Generated power will be stored in the battery which sources power to inverter and inverter to load. It gives us multiple sources of energy and also helps us to recover some amount of energy which is stored in overhead water tank.

advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.

of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land

- 2. Introduction and Motivation(contd.) Most doubly-fed induction generators in industry today are used to generate electrical power in large (power-utility scale) wind turbines. This is primarily due to the many advantages doubly-fed induction generators offer over other types of generators in applications where the mechanical power provided by the prime mover driving the generator varies greatly. In variable-speed wind turbines, the rotation speed of the wind turbine rotor is allowed to vary as the wind speed varies. The power electronics devices used in doubly-fed induction generators, on the other hand, need only to process a fraction of the generator output power i.e., the power that is supplied to or from the generator rotor windings, which is typically about 30% of the generator rated power. Doubly Fed Induction Generator(DFIG) have proved to me most suitable machine for wind energy generation. On other hand, solar energy generation typically need a grid conditioning unit which contains Rectifier- Inverter along with battery bank. Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based wind turbine and solar PV can have various topologies proposed for hybrid system with independent[1] or interconnected system with common DC bus[2,3].
