The Summer Leadership Series aims to cultivate leadership skills in young people to prepare them for professional careers. It notes that work experience and leadership experience are the most important factors for employers in making hiring decisions. The series focuses on developing leadership skills not taught in schools, such as networking, personal knowledge, transferable skills, professionalism, and health/lifestyle.
