Leaders will identify a ‘Brave Leadership Project’ prior to the start of the program. This self-selected project serves as the context for each individual’s focus, energy and effort as they learn the content, practice the content and apply the content toward his or her project.
The interactive training model ‘Learn-Practice-Apply’ provides leaders with real time feedback on the effectiveness of their efforts.
This training includes, a program workbook, interactive training with immediate feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the application of the information shared towards ‘the project’, two group virtual success check in calls within days of the group’s completion of the training.

I went from earning minimum wage to leading several high-
performance teams and managing several successful million dollar
businesses during my award-winning twenty-plus year corporate
career. My success was built on a foundation of servant leadership
and the continous development of skills that enhanced my mindset,
leadership effectiveness and the execution of plans to achieve
desired outcomes.

THE BRAVE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE IS FACILITATED BY AWARD-WINNING LEADER AND AUTHOR JACKIE CAPERS-BROWN,
CEO OF SLAY YOUR GREATNESS ACADEMY. THIS PROGRAM CAN BE CONDUCTED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMATS:
1. TWO SIX–HOURS WORKSHOPS
2. THREE FOUR-HOURS WORKSHOPS *
3. FOUR THREE-HOURS WORKSHOPS.*
PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A PRE-WORK ASSIGNMENT PRIOR TO THE START OF
THE PROGRAM. DURING THE PRE-WORK ASSIGNMENT PARTICIPANTS WILL IDENTIFY THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY THAT
WILL SERVE AS THE CONTEXT FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE FIVE PRACTICES OF BRAVE LEADERSHIP. PARTICIPANTS WILL
IDENTIFY AT LEAST THREE INDIVIDUALS THAT WILL COMPRISE THEIR LEADERSHIP SUCCESS SQUAD DURING THE 90-DAYS
FOLLOWING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES: 12 HOURS OF INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP TRAINING WHICH INCLUDES AN OFF-SITE TRAINING
EXPERIENCE ON THE SECOND DAY OF TRAINING, STRATEGIC COACHING, ACCOUNTABILITY, PROGRAM WORKBOOK, AND
TWO 60-MINUTE VIRTUAL GROUP SUCCESS CHECK-IN CALLS DURING THE TWO MONTHS FOLLOWING THE TRAINING. FOR
