IDENTITY
“We’re friends we just haven’t met yet”
I was raised to treat every person the same whether they
are working in maintenance or the CEO of a company.
My style of managing started years ago when I became a
restaurant manager fast forward, I am now a Property
Manager and I take pride in the way I lead. It’s not your
average way of managing. I am very empathetic and
observant, but stern with how I delegate projects and
tasks that need to be completed. It’s critical for me to
know how to do each role I assign others to do, I’m very
“Hands on” in that way. I like to meet people where they
are and build up from there. I am also a mother of two,
so with parenting skills and my years of managing in
different occupations I like to take qualities from each
role to create a perfected blend of leadership.

5. GOALS
Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2025)
• During my last couple of months of school I would like to have
found a media company or record label to intern for. Once I have
graduated I will be working for the company I did my internship

working in the same field as me.
Mid Term: (2028-2033)
• By 2028-2033 I will have started working on my own production
company, “The Dream Network”. I will have at least 2 investors
interested in helping with funding for my company

• Before 2043 “The Dream Network” will be a streaming subscription
based platform. Featuring at least 2 original shows. One being my
own talk show that features myself interviewing people in the
industry I have met along my journey, and the second show will be
a Home Improvement show where we transform living spaces for

Being under pressure with multiple people constantly asking questions and problem solving
on the fly, sounds pretty chaotic right? For me it sounds like my every day work load.
Finding a leader who can talk to their team and not AT them and successfully getting the job
done through moments of chaos can be difficult, but it can be done. With years of
managerially experience, meeting deadlines, multitasking through storms of emails and
phone calls and still directing a team of people and doing it with a smile, I manage to reach
any goal I set. Allow me to produce and create a comfortable environment where everyone
feels like family and more importantly included into our company as we work together to
accomplish all our goals.
