4. It introduces intermittent motion to guide the product in desired direction.
The main difference with conventional belt system to our designed product
is that in conventional conveyor system the product is motionless on the
support(conveyor belt) but in our system the product is having some motion
onm support.
By making changes in masterlink length, we can control the frequency of the
intermittent motion (Fast,Slow,etc).
In our project, we are going to make a simple dc motor driven conveyor
system where without the use of external electricity source transmission of
product can be achieved.
A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment
that moves material from one location to another. Conveyor systems allow
quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials which make
them very popular in material handling and packaging industries .
