This is a report showing the activities that the students were doing in their ICT club and PFs.

1. REPORT ON ICT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 2014
ACTIVITIES THAT WE HAVE PARTICIPATED THIS YEAR
Since the start of the ICT project in Kajire Girls with the Slovak co-operation, much
has improved though with a few challenges here and there. We do appreciate the role the
school and our partner has done to ensure the success of this project. Our ICT club participated
in a number of activities:
1. Essay writing competition: we were not lucky to have any of our student taken but
in future, we shall be able to improve on various mistakes done to emerge among
the best.
2. CV writing competitions, our school did not manage to be among the best.
3. Video production, the marvelous company managed to be the best among the
contestants
4. Training on documentations where the students had the opportunity to learn on how
to create and use various business documents: receipt, Invoice, business cards, and
purchase order. We do appreciate Gift for the role he played in ensuring the success
of this.
5. We also had a training on filing by Gift and Jakub that is instrumental to our
various companies.
6. With the assistance of Mr. Anderson the students were taught on various skills such
as logo making, and video editing, making brochures and newsletters.
7. The marvelous company is intending to recruit and teach new members on artwork
8. We held elections, were we had new leaders assuming various offices that fell
vacant because of the outgoing form fours the following leaders were elected:
a. President of the club: Priscilla Wawuda
b. Deputy president: Esther Mwendwa
c. Organizing Secretary: Elizabeth Njoki
d. Treasurer Swabrina Mwamunga
9. We organized a joint activity with Mwambiti Boys were the students learnt on how
to make robots and our girls were able to make one with the help of Gift and Jakub.
ACHIEVEMENT
With the support of our school we were able to acquire the following facilities in
additional to what we received from the donors. A color printer
• Projecting screen
• Installation of VSAT to enable our school to get stable and good
internet

2. Since installed our internet we have not had a chance to organize for a video conference with
other schools because of the exams and the term was too short. Hope at the beginning of the
new year we shall embark on various activities. I do appreciate the role played by various
stakeholders to make this activity successful. I love the enthusiasm our students have towards
the project and the dedication of the teacher over the same. Wish you a merry xmas and happy

Part of our handwork
Twining program with Gymnasium grammar school in Slovakia and had opportunity to
exchange ideas, learn a lot from each other. Currently we are twining with the same school on
different topics set on the table of activities and so far the the respond is great thanks to good
network system.

3. Finally, the form four ICt students had a great sendoff; we had a good party for them and real
fun. The leaders were awarded with certificates from SoteICt Office.
