I have an evidence-based personality, with ample experience in digital financial
services (DFSs) and research, as well as useful contribution to strategy management,
both in competitive business environments and in the development world. I have 7+
years of work experience in the Telecommunication/Mobile Money Industry: in
commercial operations as a Business Support Analyst; in Mobile Money Transfer (M-
PESA) as a Business Analyst; and, in Mobile Microfinance (M-SHWARI) as a Strategy
Professional. Over the last two-and-half years, I have worked as a Research Associate at
the Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Trust Kenya, on the project, Centre for Insights
into Financial Inclusion. As such, my key competencies are in DFSs deployments,
financial inclusion, end-to-end research analysis, as well as data-driven strategy
management. Slowly and steadily, I would like to utilize my skills and experience to
positively impact on the society, now and in future, as I serve mankind. I hold Kenyan
nationality, aged 35 years old and married with two children.
