2. 1. How would you improve the trailer?
After analysing the students response to the
trailer I noticed that the students would
improve the trailer by adding more film clips
as they think that it would improve the trailer.
I agree with the students as the trailer’s
storyline would unfold more if their were
more clips contained in the trailer.
3. 2. What is the most effective part of
the trailer?
The students thought that the voice over was
the most effective part of the trailer as it tied
all of the trailer together. Most Disney films
have a voice over to attract the attention of
children as well as parents.
5. 1. Do you think that the trailer music
worked well with the trailer?
Most of the students thought that the trailer
music didn’t work well with the trailer they
thought that the music worked for an action
film as appose to a family film genre. I also
think that the music would work for an action
film, like batman or superman as the music
connotes heroes and villains.
6. 2. Did you like the trailer, and what
would you do to make it better?
All of the students liked the trailer, as they
thought it was perfect for the family genre.
Some students said that they would like to
change the voiceover as they think that his
voice is banal. However the Voiceover in the
trailer is a common voice used in all trailers.
