Loosely wrap the cellophane around the lollipop and place the wrapped lollipop onto the felt cape. (See photo.) 3. Wrap twist tie around both at the neck of the lollipop. (See photo.) 4. Cut fangs from white address labels and stick to the front of the lollipop. Attach peel and stick wiggle eyes to the front of the lollipop. (See photo.) Coat the entire bat with glitter glue and let dry. 2. Glue wiggle eyes in place. 3. Glue on purple pom-pom for the nose. 4. Cut two tiny triangles from white craft foam and glue below the nose. Let dry completely before moving to the next step. Once dry, flip the bat over and glue pin back to its back. Let dry completely
