WHAT IS SOFT SKILLS
DEFINITION OF SOFT SKILLS-WIKIPEDIA
According to Wikipedia -Soft Skills -Soft skills, also known as common skills or core
skills, are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or
personality traits, attitudes, mindsets, career attributes,[1] social intelligence and emotional
intelligence quotients, among others, which are desirable in all professions. This is in
contrast to hard skills, which are specific to each individual profession.[2][3][4]The word
“skill” highlights the practical function. The term alone has a broad meaning, and describes
a particular ability to complete tasks ranging from easier ones like “learning how to kick a
ball”[3] to harder ones like “learning how to be creative."[3] In this specific instance, the
word “skill” has to be interpreted as the ability to master hardly controlled actions.


True Soft Skills Empowerment allows every individual to lead a fulfilling, happy
-harmonious and healthy life. Thus like Emotional quotient there are other quotients which
