1. Feasibility Study in Printing Hub Services
I. Project Summary
Since were living in a fast phasing world of technology. Many of our works are
accompanied by computer which means a soft copy will always partner with an output
or a hard copy. Our Study is about Printing Services that caters all kinds of paper
printing process such as documents, Business cards, Xerox/Photo copies and Cad
Plotting (Tracing, Blue and White Printing).
Printing Services aim to give good quality of output prints in the most acceptable price
for every individual. Most especially Students, Teachers and Engineering/Architectural
firms.
This project will be financed by only two members of this organization.
The Printing Hub services will be located at 2nd floor building #31 Narra Avenue street,
Marikina City, beside Marikina Polytechnic College. The Printing Shop is open from
Monday to Saturday, 8am - 5pm. The Printing Hub Services will cater all the kinds of
paper printing process such as documents, Business cards, Xerox/Photo copies and
Cad Plotting (Tracing, Blue and White Printing).
II. Market Study
The Printing Hub Services will cater all the paper printings most especially Cad
plotting and Blue printings that will needed by the Engineering’s and Architectural within
the city. Students and Teachers are also the target customers of our Printing Hub
Services. All the Equipment is brand new and certified environmental safety.
Our Staffs and workers are highly trained in handling specific equipment so we can
provide the best quality of service to the customers.
Marketing Strategy

2. We are making a new style of advertising in our company. We gather all the
Company names with the use of database both Engineering’s and Architecture firm at
the nearest place where we put our printing shop, we will send them an email advert
about our services and provide them the best discounts. In addition to this, advertising
will also have done thru the use of social Medias like Facebook, Tweeter, yelps and
LinkedIn.
We are also using the “email today, pick-up later”. Since the shop location is along the
road we also used signage to market our services.

V. Socio-Economic Study
This printing hub helps a lot of student, teacher, architect and engineer.
Especially the students because it provides a reasonable price for the
services offered. Through this project we cater the major problems of the
target customers.
Printing Hub also provides employment opportunity in the municipalities
where the printing hub is located. Aside from that, it also helps increase the
tax revenues of the said municipalities that can be used for the development
of the community.

12. VI. Organization and Management Study
The objectives of this Printing Hub Services are to give services most
specifically the “Printing” to every person who needs it.
Students, Teachers, Office workers and even in the line of Engineering’s and
Architecture Field are also part of the benefactor. This business will also help
lessen the unemployment rate in the locality.
The type of ownership is partnership, consisted of three members with equal
share of stocks as working capital. The members of the organization will serve as
the officers and will hired 5 staffs that will work with the organization.
The President will take the over-all operation of the organization; the finance
manager will take the responsibility of the finances of the organization, the flow
of expenses and expenditures and other financial organization; The Manager will
be responsible for the Secretary and IT that will in-charge at the Printing Shop.
He/She will be the eye of the owner in case the owner is not around.
The secretary will also responsible for the operation inside the shop and serve
as the cashier.
