How do we confront defaulters
without belittling or
intimidating them?
• Make them understand the
gravity of the situation
• Convince them that making a
mistake once in a while is fine,
but cannot be repeated
• Tell them they are important to
the organization, and growth is
always complimentary.

How do we confront defaulters without belittling or intimidating them? • Make them understand the gravity of the situation • Convince them that making a mistake once in a while is fine, but cannot be repeated • Tell them they are important to the organization, and growth is always complimentary.
