Feedback 5
Assignment 5.1
Feeding Back Diagnostic
Information and
Designing Interventions
2. FEEDBACK
Feedback is a method of evaluating
someone's completed work and
obligation. It is a way of knowing the
interest and opinion of people in
certain aspects. Feedback might help
to improve and make changes or retain
the status quo of a person.
3. You will never be an
effective team leader.
I will change my strategic and
planning skills. I will exert
more effort. I will listen and
facilitate communication with
my members.
I will use their
feedback as my
motivation to
prove and
improve myself.
I will attend leadership training. I will
establish team values and goals. I will give
rewards for motivation.
CHANGE
Possible Effect of Feedback
4. We will all face judgment at some point in
our lives, whether it is ethical or inhumane.
We tend to give such actions because we
want to show them that there is room for
improvement.
This kind of feedback can be view as a useful
approach to identify different ways to
improve oneself. It might hurt a little in the
first place, but using this as an advantage
and motivation will lead to a better version
of ourselves.
5. You are just a mere
woman. You can never be
a leader.
NO CHANGE
I will not change myself to become a
man.
NO CHANGE
RESISTANCE & NO CHANGE
I will do nothing, ignore their
opinion, and accept myself for
being a woman.
NO CHANGE
I am still a woman with dignity
and pride that embraces her
imperfections.
Possible Effect of Feedback
6. Sometimes in our life, we need to ignore
some feedbacks and make no changes
because of lack of evidence, hypocritical
and unreasonable comments to make us
down. We cannot change ourselves to get
the favor of others as the feedback above.
We are a woman and not just a mere. We
are a leader in our ways. Sometimes doing
nothing will make them more trigger
because they see the contentment in our life.
7. Conclusion:
We are not made perfect, and it natural to commit
mistakes. As we grow older, we encounter plenty of
opportunities and the same time, criticism from
people. Therefore, no matter what kind of negative
feedback we can get, always remember that there is
space for learning and improving ourselves. Never
start an argument, do not respond in anger, and
make yourself calm because causing a scene would
not make things better. Instead, give respect and
time to reflect on yourself. Maybe other's opinion
might help us unlock and solve the issues occur. In
that way, we develop our interpersonal connection
with others and change for betterment.
