interview process and market conditions.

• A comprehensive search is completed of the several job board databases we subscribe to, as well as the
comprehensive Computer People database.
• Candidates will be interviewed by the consultant for suitability and the 5 best sourced CVs will be provided
in an agreed time frame.
• References will be obtained at your request.
• Technical testing is available at no additional costs.
• Aftercare training is available at no additional costs to the candidate and in some instances to the client.

• Candidates will be qualified by phone and sent to the client once identified as suitable for the requirement.

• A detailed brief is taken in a meeting with the client. We will visit your offices and meet with the team,
immersing ourselves in the company environment.
• We use all available resources to us to find the best people for your organisation.
• Passive candidates are identified in the market and are professionally approached by ourselves to be briefed
in regards to the role. This can take several weeks as we strive to find only the best people.
• This service is best reserved for senior level executives and C Level hires.
