2. Today I'm going to go over the main nervous breakdown symptoms, and a few tips to not get it.
Under immense pressure and stress some people just come apart at the seams, and are unable to
function normally. This breakdown could last a few seconds to days.
The interesting thing is that a nervous breakdown isn't a scientific term, but created from society.
The reason being is that almost everyone has experienced this breakdown at some time in their
life.
This is one of the major risks when taking on too much responsibility or pressure, and commonly
seen with great people and celebrities.
Remember Britney Spears and how she shaved off her head and checked into a mental hospital.
During World War 1 Germany gambled there entire future on a flanking move that would knock
the French out of the war, so they could deal with Russia.
When their huge massive flanking move was lost at the battle of the Morne the supreme German
General Moltke suffered a big nervous breakdown.
Unlike a disease like measles or the flu virus, a nervous breakdown can have a wide range of
symptoms. A few of the major ones closely resemble depression.
This includes not being interested in activities that were once enjoyed, changes in sleep or eating
patterns, thoughts of suicide, and rapid mood swings. Other common indicators would be similar
to a panic attack. A few examples of this would be difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat, sweating
and lots of anxiety.
One of the warning signs that nearly everyone that experiences a nervous breakdown has would
be social withdrawal. Social problems are for the most part the reason for the breakdown. This
means isolating themselves from others, including friends and family.
The big problem with this is that close friends and family is what a person usually needs in times
of crisis. Of course this all depends on the friends and family right?
In the most extreme cases nervous breakdowns could even manifest hallucinations, flashbacks
and extreme paranoia.
Another famous nervous breakdown would be the billionaire Howard Hughes who locked
himself into a dark screening room for four months.
He was famous for using tissues to pick up objects and noticing dust or stains on people's clothes
demanding they take care of them. He was insanely paranoid of germs. Nervous breakdowns,
panic attacks, depression all can be helped with a little bit of rest, relaxation, medication, yoga
and some Kenny G music.
There are also some things like Valium, Prozac and therapy. Apart from expensive drugs herbal
3. remedies can be just as effective.
