Formed a project management team (PMT) and coordinated with Fluor in completing the FEED
package, started the procurement process for long lead time items and supervised value engineering
programs which reduced project implementation schedules from 24 months to 18 months.
Prepared all invitation to bid (ITB) packages for award of lump sum turnkey (LSTK) contracts.
