Joined Bechtel to help the company improve their project execution methods to support several large
multi train LNG projects planned for Australia. Worked with senior management team to develop and
issue comprehensive project execution plans and procedures to be utilized for upcoming projects.
Assigned as Module Program Manager for one of the major LNG projects on Curtis Island, Australia
starting in the FEED phase of the project and continuing into the EPC phase. Responsible for all facets of
planning and scoping to set up a self-perform module yard in Southeast Asia for the project. Worked with
engineering to develop the modularization scope of the project, incorporate constructability into the design
and worked with estimating to develop the costs associated with the set up of the module yard and
fabrication of large pipe rack and process modules many of which weighing in excess of 2000MT each.
Responsibilities include module yard selection and contracting, work with Traffic and Logistics to develop
module transportation plan, developing staffing plans, construction equipment requirements, and module
fabrication planning and scheduling.

Served as Module Project Manager for modular portion of major refinery project in Texas for Shell Motiva.
Worked with Bechtel as part of joint venture to help incorporated modular design into the detail design
efforts. Worked on selection and kickoff of module fabrication shops for project. Modules were built in four
different module yards and totaled over 400. Modules were as large as 1000MT.
Project Manager on major tank farm pipe rack replacement project for Conoco in Lake Charles, La using
modular construction as key execution method. New pipe rack was installed using modules assembled in
South Carolina module yard. After installation the new rack was tied in and the old rack removed with
minimal impact to operation.
Project Manager on 2 large modular design and fabrication projects for Eli Lilly in Puerto Rico. Projects
utilized over 250 individual modules. Modules were completely designed and fabricated to include all
equipment, piping, HVAC and complete architectural features such as flooring, walls and drop ceilings.
Project Manager for 40 module project where fabrication was done in York, England and shipped to
Puerto Rico for installation in larger facility. Modules made up lab and testing facilities for larger facility.
Project Manager for several chemical plant projects using modules as a key portion of projects. Projects
were expansions to existing plants in Ohio and West Virginia.
Heavily involved in the day to day operation of the module fabrication facility. Well versed in fabrication

was responsible for preliminary design thru detail design and procurement for their entire DuPont Capital
Program. When I took over position, DuPont was considering terminating alliance due to poor
performance relating to cost and schedule. I instituted more stringent project management procedures
and trained the Project Managers in these procedures resulting in turnaround in performance and
significant improvement in Client relations and renewing of alliance agreement.

for Chinese Project Managers. Worked projects with many international clients considering projects in
China. Worked with them to develop project strategies, project cost estimates and procurement plans for
performing projects in China.

Responsible for two major municipal wastewater treatment construction projects for the city of Cincinnati.
Total cost was $68 million. Responsible for the coordination and management of all construction
activities, including scheduling, subcontractor administration, change order negotiations and cost control.
Also procurement of all mechanical equipment and bulk materials including bid solicitation, negotiation of
contracts, expediting and start-up of equipment.

Manager of Project for Goodyear with a department of ten project managers during a five-year program
for the design and construction of a new Uranium Centrifuge Enrichment Facility. Total expenditures for
the new facility exceeded $2.6 billion up till the time project was cancelled due to trundown of nucler
program in US. Several facilities were completed at site and in startup mode at the time of cancellation.
Program was made up of over 40 individual projects, many of which were in excess of $100 million.
During that period also served as Project Manager on $130 million Uranium Handling Facility associated
with the new enrichment plant. Coordinated project with Union Carbide (Technology lead), Fluor and
Bechtel (designers), Stone and Webster (construction manger) and Department of Energy and local
construction contractors.
