2. 4. WORKING EXPERIENCE
Currently, I am working with Access Bank Tanzania Limited in marketing department as customer
marketing officer at Kariakoo Branch for two years. As customer marketing officer my duties and
responsibilities are deposit mobilization and all other marketing activities which include;
Raise and maintain a portfolio of depositors.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Proactively initiate contact with prospective clients for deposit raising.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of satisfied deposit customers.
Sell all accounts offered by the bank.
Initiate, plan, organize and follow up on direct marketing activities individually or as a team.
Independently conduct customer visitation.
Proactively initiate and conduct marketing activities at branch level individually or as a team.
Provide weekly and monthly plans of direct marketing and other deposit raising activities.
Liaise with other branch staff such as loan officers and client relationship officers to ensure cross
selling of products and delivery channel.
Liaise with marketing unit to conduct marketing activities either initiated by the branch or the
marketing department.
