Zig Ziglar believed that responding proactively to problems, rather than just reacting, allowed individuals to think of solutions. He also believed that integrity meant having nothing to fear and doing the right thing without guilt. Additionally, consistency in attitude and treating failures as events rather than reflections of individuals were important principles according to Ziglar. Finally, helping others get what they want could help one achieve their own goals through strong relationships.
