I started working with Alejandro Pitarch Olivas the 3rd
of November 2014 as his
peer and later on in 2015 as his manager. During that time, I was impressed
with his enthusiasm, communication skills and professional behaviours. He has
shown initiative proposing and working on progress ideas, such as a time saving
way to organise our daily team meetings. He demonstrated reliability and dedication
when the company needed his language and technical skills for part of a project
installation with a Spanish contractor.
Amongst others, he has taken the initiative and a leadership role in the following
projects:
• Commissioning of a dust emmission monitoring system for aspiration units.
• Development of Database to show and share live information in displays.
• Extension of heating systems for the production workshop.
• Design of parts with SolidWorks and modification of drawings with AutoCAD.
• Translation and interpretation Spanish-English/English-Spanish.
Alejandro multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload
successfully. When required, he took extra training in order to meet the
requirements of his projects, i.e. He has taken extra French classes with Queens
University Belfast to be prepared for his temporary assignation to France.
Alejandro is hardworking, calm and disciplined. He consistently demonstrates a high
