Zero Breakdown Solution manages spare parts Inventory,
Breakdown analysis tools, Preventive maintenance tasks. This
system also provide auto indenting, Counter measures and task
scheduling which helps in the maintenance of the resources of the
industry. This system also provides various kinds of reports
including graphs and exporting features for better analysis to make
better decisions.
 This system has been designed with the state of the art to
increase the productivity, user friendly and consistency of the
product.

 This module allow you to receive spare part in to the store
inventory.
 If spare part is not registered than you can register spare part from
here.
 You get last receiving details of selective spare part also.
 You can also update spare part image from here.
 You have to take barcode sticker to update its stock.
 You can take single or batch barcode stickers.
 You have to mention the vendor, receive quantity and location for
receiving the spare part.
This module also provide you quick and easy way to access spare
part.
 You can also update receiving details before taking the barcode.

Issue Parts
 This module allow you to issue spare part using barcode
scanning and manual scanning also.
You can also search spare part details for manual issuing.
You have to mention machine details and purpose of issuing part.
Last issuing detail and part image is shows when you scanned the
barcode for checking.
 In case of manual or batch spare part you have to mention the
Issuing quantity.
 You can also return spare part if it is not use after issuing.

Registered spare parts can also be direct indent.
Unregistered spare parts can also be indent.
 Auto indent request is auto generated when spare part reach to its

 Direct indent request fill by user for new spare part or register
spare part.
This request goes to engineer level for approval.
Only authentic user can make request for indent.

 User can search order parts from various filters.
 User can also see pending/approve spare part list.

After the engineer approval order is pending for manager approval.
