This document describes a Central Report System (CRS) software created by Waltrump Technology. CRS allows users to attach files, search and view reports, build graphs from Excel data, and includes authentication features. It was created in 2010 using C# and .NET on Windows with an Oracle database. CRS can attach various file types, store duplicate versions, and generate graphs to visualize Excel report data for industries.
