HR DEPARTMENT OF EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
The hr department attracts the candidates of top
management level like the Ceos and professionals in finance,
MBA in hr, banking sectors, chartered accountants etc by
offering them a good quality post with substantial growth,
high returns on it and lucrative opportunities with it. They
offer them by sending a mail OR by detailed search in their
reply or otherwise.

them. The information is given through conference
meetings conducted within the organization and also

therefore place them in other corporates looking for
highly qualified professionals in top management, middle
managements who have about 2 or 3 years of
experience.

EXTERNAL WAY OF COMMUNICATION OF PSS According to my research, PSS communicates with the external stake holders by the means of PowerPoint presentation and websites to some extent CONSULTANTS COMMUNICATION All the consultants communicate in the organization by the way of e-mails, telephone,fax, brochures and events. HR DEPARTMENT OF EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION The hr department attracts the candidates of top management level like the Ceos and professionals in finance, MBA in hr, banking sectors, chartered accountants etc by offering them a good quality post with substantial growth, high returns on it and lucrative opportunities with it. They offer them by sending a mail OR by detailed search in their reply or otherwise.
  • 19. contd THE PSS HR RESEARCH FOR EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION LIKE CANDIDATES ETC After a detailed study done by the hr trainees and recruiters of the lower level the candidates are then finally send to be tested and interviewed by the senior most recruitment level for executive search CONFIRMATIONS All of the resumes and approvals are recognized by the other corporates looking for executive level mbas.They inform by giving a phone call OR a email to the specific consultant who's send the candidate that the very person send has got the post.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS • All the departments communicate with each other by email or intercom and also by brochures, events etc • Incase if they are partnering on an assignment they will either communicate through email, extension and if both are not accessible then mobile is the last resort • In case the extension are not working the they communicate through mobile • If they are sharing an assignment with someone, that person has the key account of the site to open and look for information. • Pss has their own website with their clients for interaction purposes called www.pss.india.com its also used for external communication • They do not use websites called face book and orkut. • They have a private way of working and are very professional

The information is given through conference meetings conducted within the organization and also gaves them a brief detail about the targets to be met and also gaves them a particular deadline Then all the recruiters and consultants do detail study of their candidates and interviews them thoroughly to therefore place them in other corporates looking for highly qualified professionals in top management, middle managements who have about 2 or 3 years of experience.
