 Produced timely regulatory submittals for WorleyParsons/Exxon Neftegas Limited on the Arkutun-
Dagi Field Development for the Russian Federation government agencies, as well as top quality
30,000 page Russian-language DFO package (documentation for operations) for the start-up and
commissioning of the Berkut drilling platform, one of the largest floatover platforms in the world, under
the Sakhalin-1 oil & gas filed development for ExxonMobil in the arctic shelf of Russia.
- Directed and supervised 25 staff specialists; prepared construction feasibility studies, including
environmental impact assessments, declarations of industrial safety, other regulatory compliance
documents, legal contracts and business correspondence;

- Facilitated engineering and regulatory workshops with WorleyParsons, Exxon Neftegas Limited,
Aker (Norway), Saipem (Italy) and AMEC Eurasia that ensured consistency of design
components.
- Provided translation of over 100,000 pages of documents, including technical drawings, system
descriptions, datasheets, cause & effect diagrams, PSV calculations, Purchase Orders, budgets,
presentations, drawings, risk assessments, environmental / fire protection measures, and safety
hygiene for onshore well sites and processing facilities, onshore drilling and production platforms,
and onshore / offshore pipelines.
- Provided QAQC of vendor translated documentation.
 Spearheaded ExxonMobil projects in oil & gas drilling, production, transportation, marine operations,
work programs & budgets, environmental protection and industrial safety. (1998-2009).
- Played a pivotal role in winning approvals of the Russian Federation regulatory agencies for
Sakhalin-1 development and sub-projects at Chayvo, Odoptu and De-Kastri.
- Orchestrated translation of the Sakhalin-1 40,000-page feasibility study across entities in the
United States, Canada and Russia, including design institutes and contractors.
- Participated in merger presentations and public consultations; developed applications, budgets
and design basis, fire fighting and emergency response plans.
- Provided translation and editorial review for an ExxonMobil oil spill response field manual
published in the Russian language.
