 Prepare Tender Documents and RFP's, advising on appointing contractors,
designers procurement routes and Contract Agreements / Contractors and
Consultants.
 Conduct Tenders Evaluation, Price analysis and Recommendations.
 Prepare and review of pre-qualification Documents and Technical Proposals.
 Establish and manage the Contract Requirements Action List identifying the
specific contract actions and obligations and assure implementing all
requirements as per the Contract Documents.
 Prepare / Check Interim and Final Payment Certificates.
 Prepare / Check Contract Variations, Claims and Extension of Time
 Prepare budgets, cost estimate and cash flow for projects, Monitor project
expenses against budget and Prepare Projects Cost Control Reports.
 Prepare Substantial, Final and Maintenance Certificates.
 Advise on contractual matters acquiring and engaging Professional
Consultancy Services.
