YouTube had 67.5 million unique visitors in January 2008 and was the 6th most visited website. Some educators argue that YouTube and other technologies can engage modern students by incorporating formats they are already used to. Teachers can effectively use YouTube to supplement classroom lessons with educational video clips, share teaching strategies with other educators, and enhance students' critical thinking and writing skills. While not necessary for good teaching, YouTube makes more educational resources available to teachers than ever before.

In on-ground courses, faculty already know how to engage their students by way of “traditional” face-to-face methods. But when a course moves online, adapting “traditional” methods simply requires using those methods as a compass. Online education may be the future, but entering the future does not mean forgetting the past.

Within the context of a Hogheschool in The Netherlands, research was conducted over seven semesters of a third year tourism course. The traditional course lectures on theory were pre-recorded in a series of forty short studio web lectures (4-6 minute videos with slides/audio). Transferring theory into a digital format enabled students to view content in advance. However, initial viewing figures remained low. After interviews with students, the curriculum was adjusted to constructively align the theory content with the learning goals and assessment.

any student can convenient to see educational videos clips. These study emphases also on the consumerist
tendencies of Chennai urban college Students. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 School
Students. The study was conducted on November First week of 2017.The Respondents are studying Under
Graduation and Post Graduation near their places. The Data were collected among College students in
Tambaram, KK Nagar, Mylapore and Taramani. The study also found that younger viewers prefer watching
YouTube videos because they were able to relate to the reality of Student’s generated content.

Improved teaching means teachers were taught to teach on more of a professional level by actual people qualified to teach. Normal schools broadened their curricula to the training of secondary school teachers, requirement of the completion of high school to be admitted to college for teacher training, teachers must have a bachelor’s degree. “High school completion was seldom required for admission, and the majority of instructors did not hold a college degree themselves.” (Diener, 2008). Society has come a long way when it comes to teaching, and who is qualified to teach. Higher education is required more than ever in today’s society, and all of these examples have helped with the success of the way teachers complete their degrees today.
When it comes to teaching in the 21
st
century, full time teachers are required to have a minimum of a four year bachelor’s degree. Technology helps play a role in the success of teachers and students in and out of the classroom. Like the rest of the class we are all completing our degree in an online program. When it comes to teaching in the classroom teachers can use computers and other devices to help children excel, and outside of the classroom, the students can utilize the internet to help them with projects, and even communicate with other students to help with projects.

Teacher training is very important for teachers because they should be able to teach multiple subjects and be qualified in what they are teaching. Strengthening of the normal school curriculum and standards was needed in order for the school system to get better. In the 1900's schools exploded from 50 to almost 350, but with the low academic levels, teacher and students were not able to teach or learn at a college level. Teachers did not have, at this point, a college degree themselves. As the population kept increases and there was a higher demand for education, everyone began to need a high school diploma to be admitted for a college degree.
University enter teacher training: "Teacher training at the college or university level, typically consisted of one or two courses in the "science and art" of teaching, had been offered at a limited number of institutions as early as the 1830s, and the universities had always been institutions for the education of those who taught in the Latin grammar schools, academies, and high schools" (Webb, 2014).
This did not qualify them as teachers when they took these courses, but it did make them becom.

Abstract The aim of this research study is to examine how YouTube helps as an instructive medium for school students during the Covid-19 epidemic. Totally 200 school students participated, in it 100 Students (Boys) and 100 Students (Girls) from urban Chennai, they are all studying classes 6th to 8th Standard took part in this study. This topic analyzes deeply the methodology of how the YouTube platform helps the school students' education community to learn complex special subjects in this modern era as technology is constantly changing. The educator needs adequate levels of technological knowledge as they lay the foundation of different perceptions to students. This research study is based on an analysis of pre-existing literature and quantitative data that was gathered through a questionnaire with school students. Some findings include the sign of distraction while watching videos because of frequent advertisements by the business community. This research gives the space for the thought of future research relevant to YouTube, particularly related to school students' usage of YouTube and the level of appropriate utilization. It also talks about the steps to enhance and improve the quality of the content published on YouTube to make it more authentic and reliable.
