MOTIVATION
 Internal and external factors that
stimulate desire and energy in people to
    be continually interested in and
committed to a job, role, or subject, and
to exert persistent effort in attaining
    a goal.

 It can be internal or external. Internal
    motivation is the inner satisfaction.
    External motivation comes from outside,
such as money, societal approval, fame or
    fear.
SELF ESTEEM
 Self esteem is that feeling at the
center of your being of self-worth, self-
  confidence, and self-respect. High self
esteem means that you feel good
  about yourself.

  confidence
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
 Interpersonal skills means building you
  pleasing personally
 How improve interpersonal skills
    ◦ Accept responsibility
    ◦ Consideration
    ◦ Think win / win
    ◦ Choose your words carefully

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND & HABIT

 Conscious means ability to think. It can
accept or reject. But subconscious means
   only accepts. Subconscious is more
   powerful then conscious.
 Remember, practice does not make
   perfect. Only perfect practice makes
   perfect. Some people keep practicing
their mistakes and they become perfect in
them. So their mistakes become perfect
   and automatic.
GOAL SETTING
 Keep your eyes upon the goal
 Why goals are important?
 Goals can be:
    ◦ Short-term--up to one year
    ◦ Mid-term--up to three years
    ◦ Long-term--up to five years
