1. 1. I think what Mitchell did was amazing. Having to think up
and plan all those wonderful things he did. It’s just great!
This book tells us that not every stream is clean in the
world and that its time to take action! I think keeping the
water clean by sending letters to five other schools s pretty
great. What he did on the world environment day would
have affected the community if they all knew what the
rubbish could do.
2. Some of the good points were that the bags of rubbish had
been taken to the school and the rubbish had been sorted
into recyclable piles and non-recyclable piles. Non-
recyclable item had been put into the school bins.
3. Some of the personality traits are Responsibility. Mitchell is
being responsible for everyone else’s rubbish that has been
thrown into the stream. Also he is helping it become
healthier. The enviro group has enthusiasm for cleaning up
the stream. The five other schools for their co-operation as
well.
4. Because it tells us that we need to keep even our smallest
streams and rivers clean because mast of it leads out to
sea and pollutes our waters that we swim in. Also it kills
sea-life in the water.
