Anand Upadhyay – Founder & Director - Xperentia Consulting Pvt. Ltd
Anand has over 24 years of HRD experience in India and overseas, specifically in the area of training,
design and development. Having completed a PG Dip. in Business Administration from Massey University
(NZ), Anand went on to earn his Master of Business from the same University. His Master’s Thesis was on
'Building Learning Organizations’
His recently published book on experiential learning methods titled “Right of Centre – Experiential
initiatives in Action Learning” enjoyed an international release on Amazon and other prominent book
stores.
Anand was awarded with the World HRD Congress Award for ‘Contributions to the field of Global
Learning & Development – 2012’. This award recognizes the contribution made through the 15
copyrighted simulations created by him.
He is also on the editorial board for the professional journal ‘Simulation and Gaming for Learning and
Development’. His white paper on “Alternative media for Experiential Learning” was published in the
Just HR Asia Journal in June 2012.

Anooba Kini - Chief Facilitator & Director
Anooba is an MA in Industrial Psychology (1987) from Mumbai University, MBA (1989) specializing in
Human Resources Management from NMIMS, Mumbai University.
She has over two decades (25 years +) of experience in the field of HRM in Industry and brings diverse
Industry experience across sectors. She has led the Human Resource function in both large and medium
sized organizations. She has successfully laid systems and set up the HR function for start –ups and held
positions like Director Human Resources for Alcatel Lucent Managed Services Pvt. Limited, Aptech Ltd.,
ABN AMRO (now RBS) and Future Capital.

Anamika brings 15 years of corporate experience, with 10 of them in Experience Based Learning &
Development. She was a territory manager with DHL before joining Xperentia. A Graduate from Miranda
House, Delhi University, Anamika has a P.G. Diploma in Sales & Marketing from National School of Sales
and a Diploma in Counseling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She is an accredited FIRO B

A. Shafi - Shafi has an experience of over 24 years in corporate sector as a practicing manager and
training & mentoring professional. He has held various senior positions & has been conducting training

British American Tobacco), Oil and Refinery (top Indian Oil producing and selling organizations), IT (IBM,

A. Aiyar -A graduate in Economics from Madras University, he has more than 30 years of experience in

T.M.Ragunath – A Senior Human Resource Professional with over three decades of rich experience as
Head of business HR and Corporate HR. He did his Post graduation (P M & IR) from MSSW - Madras
University, and also holds a LLB from Bangalore University. He is a Master Trainer from NLP - USA
He has held leadership roles in HR and was instrumental in setting up many startups of mega projects.
He had worked in companies like EICHER, TRIVENI, JUBILIANT, ESSAR, Peril - JP MORGAN, Pidilite and
served as Head of HR in several of these companies. Set up organizations and carried out ‘turnkey’
project manning, to operations at ESSAR for oil in Oman, Philippines, Indonesia, Qatar and for steel &
telecom in India.
M. Vikram - Accredited MBTI, DISC and TKI practitioner, member of the Toastmasters Institute. Over 15
years of experience in facilitating learning and development initiatives both indoors and outdoors. Has
been involved in line functions and conducts workshops for all levels of the organizations. Has worked in

R. Justin - An MBA from Canada, with a Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from
