It notes that students will need to produce documents to help ensure a smooth process for creating their record.

Now that you have thought of an idea for your record, you need to be sure that you can
make the record. To do this you must consider:
 the materials and resources you will need
We will need a camera, tripod and tape.
 the time you have available to produce your record
 the cost of producing your record
We won’t have any money to spend on the making of the music video.
 any legal and ethical issues you need to consider when making your record
 how you communicate with your group.
You will produce a range of documents that will help you to make sure everything will
run smoothly in the creation of your record.
