Our praise and gratitude for the presence of Allah SWT, who has allowed us to complete a report
on a working visit to Cure And Care Vocational Centre (CCVC) Sepang as one of the assignments
in the career development and information course.
With the completion of this visit, we would like to thank Prof. Madya DR. Othman Bin
AB Rahman, Pensyarah Kanan Kaunseling, FKP USIM as our Lecturer for this project for the
excellence guidance and support because give us opportunity to fulfill this tasks as the assignmrnt
project for the subject.
We also would like to extend this appreciation also to Management of CCVC Sepang especially
for Puan Maizura, Director of CCVC Sepang, for all the cooperation given. Without whose
cooperation we would not have been able to conduct this visit.
The highest appreciation to all the teams in this group who have attanded this visit. We
hope this visit will provide benefits to all parties, especially for residents of CCVC Sepang, so that
they can continue to have a normal life after rehabilitation with appropriate work options.

5. Introduction
Cure And Care Vocational Centre (Ccvc) Use To Be Known As Institute Kemahiran Dan
Latihan Sepang (Ikhlas).The Cure and Care Vocational Centre (CCVC) were established to
provide an access for clients in recovery a long-term vocational skill training. CCVC produces
knowledgeable and skilled to clients in recovery, and help them develop a positive personalities
(knowledge, skills and attitude). The vocational skill training program in CCVC is expected to
transform clients in recovery to be skilled, marketable and has a career.
The Objectives of CCVC Sepang are to provide practical and quality vocational training
which fits the needs of AADK’s client to fulfil the needs of current job’s market. It is also to assist
AADK’s client to obtain an employment opportunity and also to provide a platform for career
development and entrepreneurship for AADK’s client to be able to be independent and secure a
job.
Client from other CCVC need to apply to enter this center because the place is limited.
However, clients are not given any allowance during the course training at CCVC. The course
offers are sijil kemahiran SKM Level 1 , Sijil Kemahiran Giat Mara and Sijil Penyertaan Latihan
Jangka Pendek.
CCVC can accommodate up to 200 people at a time. Program implementation at ccvc is
based on 70% of skills training activities and 30% of client treatment and recovery. CCVC has
ensured jobs to all client by dealing with outside company when there have completed the course.
So, on this basis we chose this place, as a goal to provide career selection guidance. so
hopefully, our presence will provide new knowledge and debriefing in choosing careers after they
recover from drug addiction
During the session, we were welcomed by the management. Below we will elaborate on our travel
report in more detail, along with the results of our analysis.

The Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) is a 50-item standardized measure designed to assess the
process of how adolescents and adults approach career development tasks. John Crites developed
this measure in the 1960s as the Vocational Development Inventory to assess the readiness
attitudes of students in making appropriate vocational plans. It became the CMI in 1973 and was
enhanced to include career planning competencies, including knowledge of self and the world of
work. The CMI was revised in 1978 and most recently in 1995. Potential uses of the CMI include
researching career development, needs assessment, career counseling, and program evaluation.
Counselors may supplement interpretations by using an additional guide, the Career Developer, to
explain correct answers.
Crites’s conceptualization of career maturity is based on Donald Super’s theory of career
development, which emphasizes general factors related to realistic career choice content and
process. Based on longitudinal analyses, items were selected to differentiate adolescents across a
developmental continuum toward higher levels of career maturity. Higher CMI scores identify

9. individuals with mature career decision-making approaches resulting in readiness to make
informed career plans.
From the analysis of the 14 grouping clients of CCVC Sepang, we are receiving results that were:
Low (0-8) : 3 persom
Medium (9-16) : 11 person
High (17-24) : 0
The results shown mostly people readiness to set in working is in medium group. From the
result we can see that although the biggest number shown were at medium group but the marks
are at 14-16 that was at the boundaries mark to the high group. So we can conclude their readiness
to face new job is high. Its is because there are job ready for them when they are graduated from
this place.
6.3 The Holland Code.
Holland Code is a three-letter code that is made up of an individual's three dominant personality
types out of six possible choices, according to a theory developed by Dr. John Holland, a
psychologist.
The six types Dr. Holland identified are collectively referred to as RIASEC, and the initials
stand for the first letter of each of the following personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic,
Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. If you use a self-assessment tool called the Strong Interest
Inventory, your Holland Code is included in the results.
This code could be the key, or at least one of the keys, to finding a compatible career.

10. The Theory Behind the Code
According to Dr. Holland, an individual's interests and how they approach life situations
determines their type. Since human beings are multi-faceted, Holland realized that people would
fall into multiple categories. Each letter of someone's Holland Code represents the top three types
in which they could be categorized.
In addition to being able to categorize individuals by personality types, Dr. Holland
believed occupations could be classified in the same way, and that if he could classify people and
occupations, he could then make matches between the two.
Holland developed a self-assessment instrument called the Self Directed Search which uses
the Holland Code. You can take it online for a relatively small fee. The O*Net Interest Profiler, a
free online tool developed by O*Net for the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training
Administration, is also based on Holland's theory.
RIASEC: The Six Types
The following defines each personality type in RIASEC, along with a list of some compatible
occupations.
Realistic: A realistic person prefers concrete tasks. They like working alone or with other
real people. Some of the careers included in this category are engineer, plumber, audio and video
equipment technician, chemist, dentist, furniture finisher, and rail car repairer.
Investigative: Someone who is investigative likes to use their abstract or analytical skills
to figure things out. They are a "thinker" who strives to complete tasks and often prefers to do so
independently. These are a few investigative occupations: sociologist, scientist, psychologist, and
economist.

11. Artistic: Artistic people like to create things and are imaginative. Artistic occupations
include creative writer, performing artist (including actor, singer, and dancer), photographer, and
fashion designer.
Social: A social person prefers interacting with people. They tend to be concerned with
social problems and want to help others. Social occupations include home health aide, certified
nurse's aide, RN, licensed practical nurse, social worker, occupational therapist assistant or aide,
teacher, and clergy member.
Enterprising: Those who are enterprising lean toward leadership roles. They are willing to
take on challenges and are extroverted, as well as aggressive. Enterprising occupations include
restaurant host or hostess, retail salesperson, attorney, chief executive, chef, and wholesale or retail
buyer.
Conventional: Someone who is conventional prefers structured tasks and tending to details,
and is often conservative. Conventional occupations include accountant, bookkeeper, actuary, cost
estimator, human resources assistant, and loan officer.
From this theory we are doing Holland Inventories Code for out our group and the results
are shown below.

12. From the results shown the highest number are in Social Group that was 6 person followed by
Realistic: 3 person, Conventional: 3 person, Artistic: 2 person, and Investigative: 2 person.
Our group shown big number of Social group of career that was in congruence with their
previous job. From the interview, all of them previously worked as job that interacting with people
like promoter, waiters, ticket counter, salesman coway, and cashier.
Case Study
Now I, Zulkifli Bin Mamat (3191051) wants to share one case study from one of my clients as
well as my group members in group conselling session. My Client named Azri (pseudoname). He
was 26 years old. His origin from Sungai Buluh, Selangor. He is single. His education level was
at SPM. He was 2nd from 5 siblings. Previously he works as a mechanic at the car workshop at
Sungai Buluh.
Now I want to share Azri story how he was influenced with drug addictons. According to
Azri, its started at his home atmosphere that was very distant and was not communicative. Other
than his parents were very neglecting, and no attention was provided to the children, so the client
started to make friendships outside home. Soon, he made a group of friends and to make adjustment
in it he started following their activity. He really started enjoying their group. He used to go to
snooker club and internet café with his friends and spend hours there. According to the client he
seeks pleasure and excitement in everything that he does with his friends.
Client’s friends were already involved in several unethical acts that were stealing,
trafficking goods, and in order to please his friends, he did whatever was asked to him to do. He
started smoking cigarette under the influence of his friends. With time as his tolerance developed
with smoking, he moved a step forward smoking as for him it was not the best source of relief, and
pleasure for him. With influence by his friends, then he started taking drugs that those time was
cannabis. Azri said he was used it for 3-4 years.
At this time, Azri established a relationship with a girl. According to Azri, that was the best
time of his life when he got emotionally attached with a girl to whom he decided that he will marry
in the future, but unfortunately the relationship not lasts longer, and they had a break-up. After the

13. break up in, he stopped taking cannabis and started taking heroine that provided him more relief
than cannabis and as also a source for him to relief their frustrated. As he reported. He took heroine
for 2 years than shifted to chemical addiction, in which he uses to take methamphetamine drugs
like ‘pil kuda’. He also injects heroine in his body, that made his condition worst. He reported he
has the symptoms of experience drowsiness, restlessness, muscle tension, somatic pains, laziness,
nausea and fever. This symptom has realized by his father then referred to the AADK for further
action.
Results of Instruments

for Azri.

Based on the CMI instrument result, Azri score was 15 which is at the medium level of Career
Maturity Inventory (CMI). Although it was in medium group of the CMI inventory, the score was

14. at the boundaries of the high class of the group. So, we can say that their readiness to serve in their
future job was very high. The assumption was this CCVC will provide future job for the clients
when clients successful passed their training. This place also offers skills that suitable for Azri
interest that was mechanic, wood crafting and so on. So, For the future, he plans to open his own
business that was car workshop and maintain the recovery. Base on result of IMK and CMI is align
to his interest and career plan. In my view as facilitator, he has a realistic future plan to grow his
business and he already have experience on that business.
For the Inventori Minat Kerjaya (IMK) of Azri is (R,S,E). The highest score is at (R=
Realistic). This result is congruent to the Azri interest and that was he did by his previous job.
Azri also knew that he prefers concrete tasks. They like working alone or with other real people.
Second highest score for Azri was Social=S. A social person prefers interacting with people.
They tend to be concerned with social problems and want to help others. The (Social) S code is
very suitable for Azri to convince people to be their customer despite doing giving service like
fitting car he also can interact with customer that can boost loyalty customer to their job.
The third highest score by Azri was (Enterprising) E. We all knew that Enterprising people are
good in business. It is very important for Azri to develop their business. The combination skill is
very suitable for Azri to develop their workshop which is his dreams to have his own car workshop.
So, by this explanation to Azri as a counselor of this session, Azri was very happy and also he
knew what job that fit most with him in future that he doesn’t knew it before. He was very thankful
and fortunate to had a visit by us as a counselor and he promise would not fall into addiction again
as he knows what best most in his life for his better future.

15. Conclusion
This program are very amazed and potential to enhance self concept of the client such as firstly It
can helps clients to understand and know themselves better in terms of carrier development. This
Program also can identify clients strength and weakness as much as can help clients to improve
their knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence.

INTRODUCTION :
Our career development program was held at CCVC Sepang, Selangor and all participants were
inmates with is has been choosen from another CCRC places to futher study here. I was given the
task of delivering the program briefing before the “Career Talk” slot and group formation was
conducted by Ustaz Saiful Bahari bin Rashid. All participants gave us good cooperation when
being asked to shake hands and get acquainted with the other participants. After completing the
“Career Talk” slot, participants divided into eight group that has been conducted by facilitator and
one co-facilitator. Furthermore, the ice breaking session has been started in the small group
simultanoesly. Next,all participants were asked to be in their groups to fill in the Inventory Minat
Kerjaya (IMK) that have been develop by Siddek Noah. Participants were guided by the respective
facilitator because some participants were illiterate and hardly could understand the question. After
all participants have completed answering the IMK questions, I and my partner shared the IMK
interpretation and analysis. All participants were very excited to know the results of the
questionnaire they had answered.
Second part, I was given the second inventory Career Maturity Inventory. It was develop
by John Crites. The objective of this questionaire to gain personal insight into the process of and
readiness for making career choices. They have been given to answer this within 15 minutes with

17. a full of my guidance and supervison. I also ask their that has finished ealy as a mentor to guide
and monitoring their friends that need a more attention at the same time can build their social
domain.
GROUP DISCUSSIONS :
My group member consists of 10 participants which is all malays. They are required to finishing
their course in the CCVC around 9 month. Right after they had finished they studied there, they
will start their career with the company that has been offered such as, Apple Entertainment,
automotive company, cleaning company and factories.
Each participant has a history of involvement in drug addiction problems. Through the
demographic data collected, most of the participants in my group consisted of new addicts who
had been involved in addiction problems for less than six years. Most of them work on their own
or with the private sector. Highest education is Diploma while the lowest academic in our group
only at UPSR level. In addiction, four of them mentioned that they were influenced by friends
while others were involved with drugs because of feelings of trying. These two factors are the
main reason why one can get caught up in drug problems.
One of our group member, Khairul Naim stated that he get addicted to misuse of
drugs(methamphetamine) at the age of 21 when he worked as a welder and get influence with his
friends whenever they have a lunch break together. From the aspect of career management, four
of them are self employed and working as freelances. They work in restaurant ad a waiter, cooker
or as a e-hailing driver. While another two are working in a private sector as foreign assistant
manager and as a security guard. The remaining four are unemployed. Sometimes they will get
part time job as a cleaner or helping their friends as a lawn mower.
IMK Analysis

18. Based on the analyzed data of SDS, all of them showed high scores in Social Trait (43%).
These people typically tend to work with people,community,organisation more than with object.
They are often described as extrovert,helpful, understanding, responsible, warm, cooperative,
convincing, friendly, kind, generous, and patient. From my observation, they looked friendly and
they provide good cooperation along the session, though at the beginning each one is somewhat
reserved in providing their opinions or sharing stories. They have also respect and accept all our
instruction. I explained to them the characteristics of individuals with high social traits that
included in the handout that provided from us and suggested list of jobs that might suited their
skills and personalities. For example, Mazlan who worked as a e-hailing drive, also mentioned that
he has no problem in meeting people everytime he pick up a passengers.
The second highest trait is Enterprising and Conventional, with 6 out of 10 people.
Enterprising types generally like to work with people and ideas more than with things. They are
usually described as outgoing, adventurous, energetic, optimistic, sociable, and self-confident.
This score is in line with conventional traits among group members. The type of people in this
traits likes to work with data and numbers, carry out tasks in detail and follow through on the
instructions of others. These individuals use their mind, eyes and hands to carry out tasks. While
Realistic types score as 14% in 2 generally like to work with things more than with people. They
are often described as genuine, sensible, practical, natural, thrifty, modest, persistent, and honest.
Those who are work at outdoor, working with machine like Kamil can be define as a realistic
person. He was a bit reserved and did not shared much in our group.
From our group discussions, all members benefit from sharing information about their
personalities and types of work that fit their individual characters. This disclosure of career
information also gives the group members the confidence to make self introspection about their

19. current job whether they will continue to work or find other jobs that are more in tune with their
personalities and skills.
Career Maturity Inventory(Analysis)
The bar graph above shows three types of readiness or working maturity levels, as low, medium
and high. Based on the graphs in my group most of them belong to the moderate group and have
a high score near the high score level of seven and three others are low. Even there is no in a group
of high level, but more than half of our group had a high scores at medium level. So this is show
that most of them are ready to start their new career in their new fields.
CASE STUDY
I like to share here about one of my group members who are for me he is special and unique than
others. It is because he had a highest academic level among others. He was born in 1991 in Ulu
Chepor, Perak. He is the second child from five siblings. When Naim was 19, he had a fiancée and
have an intention to build his marriage. His fiancée work as a cashier at supermarket somewhere
near in Ipoh. But unfortunately his fiancée smell something weird happened on Naim’s behavior.

20. he had always became hot temper and too sensitive in most issues among them. Till one day he
shout loudly in the public scold his fiancée. After a weeks his fiancée disengagement with him.
He admitted that he cannot control of his desire to take syabu. After he lost his fiancée he
started to take more dosage of syabu until this effect his job. One day his employer saw Naim and
the other workers took drugs. As a result of his frequent absence from work and a lot of stress over
his failure to manage his emotions, his employer decided to terminate his service. After several
months of drug dealing with his employees he began to take bold steps to become a drug dealer to
his employees. Until their sales penetrated the black market. The revenue is really good.
This proves that Naim's risk factor is higher than the protective factor and that it impairs
his ability to prevent himself from being involved in drugs. The situation continued for 12 years
until finally Naim was arrested by NADA while he and his friends were taking methamphitamine
and a surprise raid on an oil palm farm where he sent foreign workers. after a year in prison he
was admitted to the treatment and rehabilitation center in the silver snail river for 9 months to 2
years. he underwent a collaborative recovery that included biological, psychological, social and
spiritual factors.
Spiritual aspects helped him to increase his level of self-defense by performing five-hour
prayers and other practices such as remembrance and reciting the Qur'an regularly. however, after
completing his treatment there he was selected to further his studies at the Cure and Care
Vocational Center, Sepang. there are eight fields of study and he has been in the field of baking
for nine months. According to the CCVC director all the residences there have permanent jobs out
there and he was offered by Apple Entertainment, a company that in providing services sound
reinforcement, lightning design, live streaming, event photography, video production and more.
Based on the holland code he obtained in high scores for all six holland codes and the top
three holland codes were social, artistic, and investigative. According to Holland, people with high
social traits are ideal for working in work settings that include services such as teachers, human
resources, lecturers, lawyers and so on. individuals with this trait have a friendly, extrovert, and
friendly personality within a community of communities or an organization. as Naim himself had
previously worked as an assistant foreign affairs officer for several years with a diploma
qualification. therefore, communication skills are very important in the management of foreign

21. workers as they must manage these human resources to work abroad as well as manage their visas
and permits for renewal upon expired.
The second highest trait of Naim`s Holland code is artistic. According to holland trait, this
shows that he has a character that does not like to be bound by rules or in other words he likes to
translate his ideas in a free, creative, and artistic way. Then certainly naim will work at apple
entertainment company which requires employees with artistic traits. In addition, Naim also has a
high level of investigative traits, a person of analytical character, scientific observation, passionate
and thorough in the work. Furthermore, these personalities and characters are indispensable for
performing tasks and services in video production, event photography, video projection and
lightning design.
In conclusion, Naim has six high personality traits. However it is not a wierd thing but it is
a unique value addition like Naim with a lot of traits and skills. In other words, Naim has a bright
future in whatever field it blows. After going through the CMI and Sidek Noah Inventory tests
found he had a high protective factor when he was busy with the work he was about to enter and
he did not have the time to trigger or relapse into the valley of darkness when he filled that time
with various activities. Finally, I was able to learn and raise awareness of the importance of
counselors to provide knowledge and present powerful, up-to-date career paths to help a diverse
range of clients so that they can lead a more confident and organized life.

22. 1. INTRODUCTION
I conducted group two (2) as a team leader also cum counsellor for that group at CCVC,
Sepang on the date of 10 OKT 2019 (Thursday). Group members are consist of inmates
which is under training at CCVC Sepang. They are under training at the center before
started a new career depending on their expertise that they are learn at CCVC,Sepang. This
group counseling was managed by a leader, Mohamad izmel bin Suhaimy.

2. GROUP DISCUSSION
All member of group is client under CCVC, Sepang and all of them have same issue which
is involve drug addiction. In this session fasilitator focus on career maturity inventory and
assessment by Prof Sidek which is Inventori Minat Kerjaya (IMK). The Career Maturity
Inventory (John Crites) to measure the level of readiness towards client either they are
ready to work or not and the Inventori Minat Kerjaya is a career interest test that asks
questions about your aspirations, activities, skills, and interests in different jobs. The
Career Maturity Inventory will be resulted in low, medium and high for client in order to
determined them ready to work or not yet ready to work. The IMK is based on Prof Sidek
Noh Theory that both people and working environments can be classified according to six
basic types which is Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and
Conventional. These personality types are known together as RIASEC. Facilitator focus

23. on scoring that client have to see either congruent or not between readiness to work and
choice of careers.
According to the discussion in my group, the issue that the client brings up is the
course that them are choose at CCVC is not to related with tjeir capability. They have to
learn a new thing in between 9 month at CCVC, Sepang. They also voice up the
development career already made by the centers. Sometimes they feel so poor in term of
interpersonal skill because before entering the centers, the clients are work in different
expertise. All the client also have a perception, normally people are rejected them to hired
them to work due to drug addiction involvement but with cooperation betwwen CCVC and
outsider company will ensure them to work properly. Other than that, all the client truly
said they are looking for a good life and looking for a bright future.
During this session, I’ll admitted all of the client info an awareness about career
opportunities and how them can proceed their career positively after join this session. At
the same time, the client can identify the readiness to work based on Career maturity
Inventory and the strengths and weaknesses in career based on Inventori Minat Kerjaya
(IMK) result. All of them was happy and realize what are career suitable for them to get
satisfaction in work.
3. GROUP ANALYSIS
Analysis in this group consist of five items associated to the client demographic details
which is age, gender, marital status, job status, Career maturity Index and result of
Inventori minat Kerjaya (IMK).

24. Based on this pie chart, group 3 have five cetagory of age. Firstly, below 20, 41-45
years old and 51-60 years old. Each of this group have 2 person which is (25%). And other
respondent in my group have 1 person in category 20-25 years old and 26 – 30 years old
(12.5%). The averange all of respondent for group three is 19 to 53 years old.
The evidence from this pie chart shows that for the gender, all of my group is male
which is 8 persons. They have all type of careers such as security guard, lorry driver,
personal driver, bodyguard at sunway lagoon, aircond technician and despatch. Two of
them is jobless.

25. From the information shown in this pie chart, the large blue area resembles marital
status which is 65%, means 5 persons in my group is single. It follow by married status
25% means 2 person and I person is divorced. This situation gives me knowledge which is
one’s drug addiction involve with drug, they choose to not getting married because they
not confident to take care their family.

26. In terms of employment, this pie chart shows that 50% of respondent are in private
sector and follow by 37.5% self employed and 12.5% is jobless. No one of respondent
involved in government sector.

The Chart show result of CMI on client is at Low only 4%, Medium 12% and high
3.5%. This chart can be eloborate client in my group is in the medium stage in term of
readiness of work.

27. ANALYSIS HOLLAND 3 CODE
The bar chart shows the Holand code for eight person in my group. Majority in my group,
the higher is Realistic which is all of them having realictic type. The second is social which
is six persons get higher score in this type. The third is investigative which is 5 persons in
this category.
4. CASE STUDY
My client name is Yusof (psyudoname). He is 42 years old. He is a muslim. He was born
at Pulau Pinang. He is married with 2 children and the education level is secondary school.
Manogeran are involved in drug since their age at 23 years old and the major influenced
that he involved in drug is environment at work place and peers influenced he involved
with drug is peer influences as a lorry driver.
Based on Career Maturity Inventory (CMI), he get the result at medium level which
is the readiness to work outside after completed the courses at CCVC training centers are

28. still at averages. At time being he also a bit scared to work in a new environment because
before entering the rehabilitation center he just a factory worker as a lorry driver but at
CCVC he learn a new course which is a welding industry.
As a counsellor, we can describe yusof is still under the training and belief to be
after he finished the courses at CCVC, he will be more confidence to work as a welding
workers and the best important thing is CCVC are promising him there already have a deal
with outside company to ensure all the client at CCVC will get a job opportunity. With the
knowledge that he earn and gain at CCVC also the promise of job from CCVC will build
up the level of confidence to work with a new company and begin a new chapter in their
life.
When come the result of Inventori Minat Kerjaya (IMK), he gets the highest score
for realistic. Realistic known as a person who loved to do outdoor and hands on job such
as mechanic, wireman and plumber. In term activity they loved to do outdoor activity as
an example swimming, extreme activity and so on. When he gets the highest score on
Realistic, it doesn’t shock the counsellor itself because at CCVC he was been specified in
training at the centres in welding industry.
The second highest score that he get is Social. This is show that he can blend and
mingle around with everybody especially a new member at the new workplace. As a
counsellor the result that he get is a guidance for he to ensure him be firm and ready to
work at anywhere and anyplace. As what we know being a social person there are more
talkative, friendly and extrovert. He also can be a policeman, teachers and football coach
and so on.
The third highest score that my client get is Investigative. Someone with
Investigative like to work as Forensic officer, Lawyer, geologist and etc. This type of
person most likely work in the environment of analytical, systematically, logically and
specifically.

29. In conclusion, Naim has six high personality traits. however it is not a unique thing but it
is a unique value addition like Naim with a lot of traits and skills. In other words, Naim has a bright
future in whatever field it blows. after going through the CMI and Sidek Noah Inventory tests
found he had a high protective factor when he was busy with the work he was about to enter and
he did not have the time to trigger or relapse into the valley of darkness when he filled that time
with various activities. Finally, I was able to learn and raise awareness of the importance of
counselors to provide knowledge and present powerful, up-to-date career paths to help a diverse
range of clients so that they can lead a more confident and organized life.
Discussion
Strenghts
 Facilitator with basic counseling - can handle inventory questions more confidently / assist
clients
 clients who pay attention to each session / briefing / activity
 highly supportive home administration - provide enough members / clients / facilities for
the program during the program
Limitation
 there are clients who are unable to read and make it difficult during the inventory process
 there are clients who are still relying on drugs - just take the medication
 the client is sleepy / not in focus
 clients who do not understand the terms in the inventory / have to explain in detail cause
time constraints
 one-day programs need follow-up (possibly individually)
Conclusion
This program are very amazed and potential to enhance self concept of the client such as
firstly It can helps clients to understand and know themselves better in terms of carrier
development. This Program also can identify clients strength and weakness as much as can
help clients to improve their knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence.
