The film focuses on the Lane family as they try
to escape from the zombies. Gerry and Karin are
desperate to ensure their children's safety.
3. Setting
There are many different locations in the film
but it starts in Philadelphia. The busy city
creates a great setting for an intense zombie
chase at the beginning of the film, lots of people
are running around panicked and there are lots
of cars crashing.
4. Opening Scene
The opening scene of World War Z starts with
the Lane family going for a drive before all hell
breaks loose and zombies start attacking. The
opening scene is fast paced and full of action
and engages the audience almost instantly
