Definition:
 GOAL: the purpose towards which an endeavour is
directed; an end; an objective.
 GOAL SETTING: the process of deciding what to
accomplish and devising a plan to achieve the result
you desire.
 GOAL = DREAM+ ACTION PLAN + TARGET DATE
A vision without an action plan is day dreaming
An action without a vision is like a nightmare

 It helps you to prioritize your task and maintain your
work and assignments
