1. Lead with your strengths is a leadership development and team building program
facilitated by Steve Bagi, a consulting psychologist with almost 30 years of experi-
ence in leadership and team development.
This program is a great way to help leaders utilise their strengths for maximum
effectiveness and teams to work more productively together. The program
involves:
each team member completing the strengthsfinder© online survey which
will identify their top five strengths.
a feedback session with each team member to look at the applications
of the results and how strengths influence their work and leadership styles.
a team workshop to help team members understand and value the
strengths of others in the team and how they can work more effectively
together.
