                   During the workshop, you will utilize case studies, exercises, and priceless
                   insights from seasoned financial services professionals. You will work with
                   other advisors and gain insights from their experiences. You’ll hear what’s
                   worked well to grow your business.

                  Webinars
                   Two pre-recorded, content-rich webinars assist you to define your
                   business (Vision, Mission, Values, and Business Opportunity) and
                   generate your one- and five-year income statements. You need to know
                   where you want to go, before you have a hope of getting there!
                  Self-study
                   The Covenant Group Advisor Development Portal provides videos, best
                   practices information, and exercise completion leading to operational
                   strategies to grow your business. The exercises help you build out your
                   business, marketing, sales and relationship management strategies. It’s
                   online 24/7 so you can work when you want.

                  Coaching—An Optional Component to the Business Builder
                   This option allows you to participate in one-on-one and group coaching
                   sessions. The coaching helps you implement ideas and go deeper into the
                   strategies discussed in the workshops. It’s been shown that 90% of

                 This entrepreneurial mindset unlocks business potential within your practice. We help
                 you to answer 3 critical questions:
                      What role do you want to play in your business?
                      How big do you want to become?
                      What is the required organization?
Target           In this part of the program you will prepare and implement a marketing plan that
                 identifies the key steps in building your brand in your network and chosen markets.
                 You will identify:
                      Who is the Right Client?
                      What is the Right Value Proposition?
                      What is the Right Price?
Engage           You will develop a simple advisor/client attraction conversation that creates meaningful
                 dialogue and interest. If you know how to open, you don’t have to close.

Expand           You will uncover how to create an experience that expands the relationship equity for
                 both you and your client. You grow your business based upon a reputation of service
