Our March issue highlights the platform created for the girl students of our school in terms of equal
opportunities to excel in academics and sports. Small things like encouraging a girl child to find her
dreams and helping her achieve them; appreciating their efforts; treating boys and girls as equals;
making a girl believe in herself and increasing her self-confidence by letting her take some important
decisions; making a girl feel safe and other considerate gestures shown to girls at school, will impact
the society positively and tremendously more than any lofty women’s day celebrations will.

2. Today women are more independant and educated
than they were in the past and they share equal rights
and responsibilities as men. But when women that work
decide to get married and have children too and decide to
continue working, then they must struggle to balance their
domestic and professional roles.

4. I thought, being a mother today is the most
important role of a woman in this world. For me, it's not a
profession, not a vocation, nor an obligation. Being a
mother is not just only by delivering a baby. A mother has
to take care of child gently and love more than herself.
Providing all of her childs need all the time and guiding
the child growth physically and emotionally. A child needs
her mother, starting from the child's nine months from her
mother's womb, to infancy that needs special care, to
toddlers stage up to school age of a child, to be able to
provider the child basic needs, care, guidance, and most
specially, the love that only parents can give.

6. Working mothers are geniuses playing their numerous
roles with a management of good times and a sense of humor.
Working mothers try to balance work and family and this is
never an easy task. I can't imagine how a mother manage
herself and her time for a job and for family. I know, and we all
know that it's not a new social issue nowadays, but if you look
into it's deeper situation, it's really amazing! Imagine how a
mother woke up early in the morning , preparing the breakfast
for her family, dressing up her kids and preparing them for
school, then fixing herself. Bringing the children at school, and
going to her work place. Come back home in the afternoon,
spending time for helping and teaching her kids for their
lessons, then, preparing foods for dinner and doing some
activity at home. Almost of her time are spend for home,
children, and work, and for her partner also.
7. She almost spent a very little time for herself, but, a
working mother always have the greatest strength
everyday to continue the life for her family. Always ready
to face every morning with a smile and positive thoughts
for the future. Fulfilling her family with proper care and
love. That's a great woman is, a woman that can be a
good mother, a woman that can share herself on the
society and perform her duties as a citizen. A woman that
can provide care, guidance, and act as a role model
woman for an ideal and better community.
