To achieve a better work-life balance, employees should track their time use, communicate clearly with their employers about scheduling needs, set boundaries between work and personal time, prioritize self-care, and leverage social support systems during stressful periods.

Women empowerment is the process by which women challenge gender-based discrimination and gain control over their own lives. The values of an empowered woman include improving personal knowledge, self-defining power, personal power, authenticity, creativity, physical strength, equality, mutuality in relationships, economic independence, women identification, freedom from oppression, and having political power in society. Women empowerment programs aim to create attitudinal changes and legal reforms to promote equal citizenship and decision-making power for women
What differences are there between women and men?

Healthy work life integration
Working women often struggle to maintain a healthy balance between their work life and personal life. Stress is caused by taking on too many responsibilities and not having enough downtime. It is important to find ways to integrate work and personal commitments instead of viewing them as separate spheres. Techniques for maintaining balance include setting boundaries, dropping unnecessary commitments, prioritizing self-care activities like exercise and hobbies, building a support system, and learning to say no. Both short-term goals and long-term life priorities should be considered when making choices about how to spend time and energy.
