IT Ventures have been established for over 2 years and has successfully grown the team to 14 consultants. We were established by top performing IT recruiters who
have consistently been billing £300,000+ so this is a great sales environment to join.

As a company our ethos is all about excellence from the quality of client relationships through to the service our candidates receive and as such have a number of
exclusive clients and candidates in a very short time of operating.
We have developed a strong career progression programme from trainee level through to director. We have weekly training sessions as well as external training
away days for consultants joining the business to ensure that people are able to maximise their potential.

We operate an autonomous management style where people are given the freedom to develop their own desks and manage their own time. We focus heavily on
rewarding performance and not only focus on the top billers but look at the individual contributions of everyone from the resource team through to management.
There are numerous team incentives as well as individually set ones from holidays to spa days, club lunches to drinks on a Friday.

        • Experienced in contract recruitment within the Microsoft                      • Working an established market with live requirements
            Development market                                                          • Guarantee negotiable whilst re-establishing your contractor base
        • Ability to build strong client relationships and understand                   • 22-25 days holiday
