10. CSR PROGRAM
The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in
Dubai and the UAE has always been present from the
earliest Islamic times,
In this era of growth through technology and the massive
influx of experience from other areas of the world,The need
exists for the Emirati to become embedded in the
commercial activities of the region and benefit from the
opportunities the growth provides.
IntegrITy, as a Dubai SME member are keen to support the
programs in place and develop internal initiatives, which will
assist the employer in growing the Emirati presence in the
workforce and work toward meeting the targets set by
government.
One such program is the training of Emirati staff alongside
our workforce to perform the functions needed within the
clients I.T. arena.
Either, by taking existing staff members or sourcing suitable
candidates from the market, IntegrITy formulate a program to
develop the candidate to the required role.
Progress is monitored by IntegrITy senior management to
ensure its validity. Once the candidate reaches the desire skill
levels they are retained by the client on a contract basis . Up
until the point of contract NO CHARGE is made for the
candidate’s services.
