All employees are required to Time-In and Out on the days they have
worked. Those who are unable to do so for a valid reason should file for
COA (Certificate of Attendance) to complete their time entries.
 Two days after payroll cut-off, any work day with missing time entry will
be considered as LWOP.
 Missing time entries refer to:
(a) Both time in and time out
(b) There is only one entry: either time in or time out.
 Request for approval and pay may be done in the next pay period. Such
request must be done only within 1 month.
 Attendance record will not change.

day immediately preceding a regular holiday will
not be paid the required holiday pay if he has not
worked on such a regular holiday".
