Women Empowerment is the progression of women
and, accepting and including them in the decision-
making process. It also means providing them with
equal opportunities for growth and development in
society, and disapproving gender bias.

3. Why Women Empowerment?
According to Mahatma Gandhi,
“If you educate a man you educate an individual,
but if you educate a woman you educate an entire
family.”

4. Article 15(3)
Article 15 secures the citizens from every sort of
discrimination by the State, on the grounds of
religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth or any of
them.
