 Established task metrics to provide senior Air Force Program Office management with
national-level approval status of various DDR Spectrum Management artifacts
 OPR for securing TEMPEST accreditation for Mini-T2 CDL ground and airborne
components of DDR system architecture, from NSA, in collaboration with Army
(INSCOM and DE-CGS PMO). Generated and costed various programmatic Courses of
Action; and secured approval to proceed from senior governmental sponsors – leading to
award of a Task Order (in conjunction with Warner Robbins AFB) with L3 COMM, whose
preliminary value is $1M to cover a 6 month effort.
 Technical support provided to DDR In-Process Teams (IPTs): Radar, Information

recognized as being exemplary by SMC/PI (an Independent Program Assessment team
reporting to PEO Space) as well as ESC/AE (ESLEP was selected as being Pilot Program
from 350 ELSW in Requirements Management initiative)
 Established in-house Modeling/Simulation capability (employing MATLAB and STK) to
assess radar design alternatives
 Organized Net-Ready Working Group to attain acceptance of design solution to Net
Centric Key Performance Parameter requirement
 Led Government efforts to plan for, and conduct successful System Requirements Review
(SRR), SDR and PDR
 Derived a watch list of engineering products that have been employed quarterly to monitor
progress of developer (SENSOR/ITT) to include: identification of specific design

re-organized (following PEO Space/KDP-B milestone decision) into de-scoped Control
and Signal Processor Upgrade (CSPU) program, involving coordination with several
AFSPC organizations , as well as coordinating content of a new System Specification and
five new subsystem specifications
 Wrote Technical Baseline document (CARD level of detail) in support of Program Office
Cost Estimate associated with milestone decision
 Organized Program Office self-assessments which led to attainment of CMMI Level 2
compliancy
 Prepared CSPU System Engineering Plan and Information Support Plan
 Ordered and tracked delivery of all COTS hardware and software necessary for
