• Led the National Military Command System (NMCS) reference guide project which documents the architectural
artifacts of all the Nuclear Systems deployed at the Pentagon NMCC.
• Engineered and tested the NMCS network topology by designing/requesting circuit using Telecommunication Service
Request (TSRs) to ensure the large portion of the NC3 systems, its warning and assessment sensors, fixed ground
facilities, Mobil (ground, air and maritime) facilities, and transport (networks and communications) is contained
within the NMCS.
• Acted as primary task monitor overseeing the Raytheon Company on 10 million dollar 8 year contract.
• Provided onsite Project Management support to the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of Warfighting Integration’s
(A6) Warfighting Capability Demonstration Center (WarCap).

included measuring Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) leakage from HEMP cabinets/Raptor nodes at Site 4, Site 1 and the
AT&T node sites.
• Directed the Multifunction Display Adapter (MDA)/Safe Net KIV 7M and KIV 19 i.e., Encryption/decryption device
testing and prototype effort between Site-R and Pentagon to replace the STU-3 phones. The results indicated that the
KIV 7M and KIV 19s proved it can be ported to other nodes on the NAOC aircraft and other Defense Red Switch
Network (DRSN) nodes.
• Led other projects like the National Contingency Suite that was replaced by the Battle Control Systems Fixed (BCS-
F) where the system displays the situation awareness of the air space showing NORAD flights and non-registered
flights around the POTUS and DOD Secretary aircraft are protected while they flying.
• Lead engineer to oversee the Site-R/C GSC-49 upgrade to the GSC-52v(6) Satellite terminals/radoms installation for
WLAN/EPAC circuits
